Ingredients : 500g Cream Cheese
300g Heavy Cream
250g Sugar
6 Eggs
250g Milk Chocolate ( 30% cocoa )
100g Dark Chocolate ( 70% cocoa )
5tbsp White Flour
5tbsp Semolina
1tsp Baking Powder
2tbsp Cocoa Powder
Zest from 2 Oranges
2tbsp Vanilla Extract
100ml Instant coffee

Start by melting the chocolate ( you can microwave it ,or melt it by doing a water steam bath ) .
In a bowl, add cheese cream , sugar, cocoa and an egg at a time . Mix for a minute ( unfortunately, my camera stopped filming when i was mixing ).Then add in melted chocolate and mix it really well using a whisk . Pour in the heavy cream, coffee , vanilla extract and keep whisking . Add flour and baking powder to the mixture , as well as the semolina and the orange zest .
Pour the mixture into a round tray ( 25cm diameter ) and bake for 50-55 minutes on 180 degreesC , or until it passes the tooth pick test. Let it cool down completely, then you can serve it .
