So glad I picked this up last week. Initially it reminded me of the spiced and candied gourmet nuts sold by vendors in Morocco. Spicy, creamy, sweet, roasted.
Very royal, elegant scent. The masculine and mature smell of a Man who knows what he wants out of life. That’s what I’ve described it as since I got me a sample off eBay a few weeks ago. I finally found 100 ml got just $60 on there. Tester with no cap, it’s the same scent and I am in love with it. It’s not that known either that’s what’s awesome. I’m only 22 but I wear it cause it’s so damn unique and good
The bottle is a little phallic 🤣🤣🤣 If I didn't notice it before, I certainly do now! A wonderful review Steven. Seems that Rochas and Cartier both did a great job at modernizing some of their more vintage fragrances. Two brands to watch in the coming years.
Cartier is a house I've not tried anything from, so I appreciate learning about this and it also sounds like a great jump off point for me to start to delve into them :)
Steven, great work as always. For this one, dont you think it has the same vibes as Ganymede, albeit creamier and without the harsh Metallic notes? Ive tried to love Ganymede but theres something about it which conjures images of Chinese vampires (google!) in an abandoned temple with incense burning in the background. Pasha parfum is much more wearable for me. Its nice.
I wore this today (inside, climate controlled) and it was going strong for hours. But such a good release. Am looking forward to rock this in fall but as always I think it's totally suitable for a woman ☺️🤪
I picked up a tester of this in April from Ebay for $54 and I have to say it's up there in my top 3 purchases of this year. I was turned off by the original because about 20 years ago a snooty saleswoman at Nordstrom suggested it because it was "age appropriate" for me ( I was 40 at the time .. smh). But this one smells amazing and it just sucks now that everyone is wearing masks and no one can smell me .. lol.
I may have missed this somewhere along the way, but what's with the new "review setting"? What happened to reviewing in the old room with all the cologne in the background? Just curious. Thanks for your informative reviews.
Nice review, Steven. I got this one a couple a weeks ago. It is a great release from Cartier. I find this one elegant and formal. Can you review Rochas Moustache Eau de Parfum.
Thank you, Steven for the excellent review. Cartier is one of designer houses I like to check now and then. I've had another, different fragrance of theirs, Declaration. I will be checking this one out for sure, just in time for the fall :-)
Steve. I'm in a quandry... I've tested Pasha and Givenchy EDP they both perform as equally as good. But I've come to the conclusion that buying Givenchy Gentleman EDP keeping in mind that I own Dior Homme Eau for Men (with the iris note) would be some kind of redundancy isn't it ? haha
I can see how that would be a redundancy. In that case, perhaps you should go with Pasha. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment. I hope you're having a fantastic day.
Redolessence thanks! I needed a little guidance for that purpose , I tried it earlier this year since Pasha Parfum was released here in Mexico. Retail stores have been reopened I wanted to give it a second try so I decide which to go with. Stay safe !!! 😊
Opening stunning, followed by a hour full of lush and dark brooding beauty. However that's where it all ends, it becomes a harsh, woodsy, and powdery disappointing mess.
Nice review Steven. I'm looking forward to trying this one for the fall. I like the facial hair. At this point, you could be Rasputin for Halloween :-)
Really interested in this one. Intrigued by the woody and boozy accords. I have edition noir and I really like that one. Even considering the original.
Hi there just wondering if females can wear this one also can you tell me if me being female can wear the new Tom Ford beau jour fragrance the new release signature one thanks
Declaration is super experimental. It's the crazier cousin of Terre D'Hermes, which is already a divisive fragrance. Definitely not a blind buy. And, If you're into Suavage and Invictus, then you'll find Pasha to be mature but if you're like me and think they're too sweet and feminine, then you'll like Pasha.
I have to throw my 2 cents in on Declaration: it's a horrible, horrible fragrance. It's pure body odor by the cumin accord, which I think is due to the carraway note. One of the worst frags ever in my opinion. NO relation to Terre d'Hermes. Not even close. Be warned. Sample first. This Pasha Parfum is great, very pleasant and SO different from Declaration.
Love the hair but you look better without beard IMHO 🥰. But you’re still cute 😅. Ok as for the fragrance hahaha well I did like it but there was something that pulled out of my tastes, it’s a strange resinous smell but it does smell like a millionaire gentleman. I tried it a couple of months ago, before they closed temporary Liverpool stores due to the outbreak (it’s like the equivalent of Macy’s in Mexico) . It’s really long lasting!!! I couldn’t believe it from Cartier. I think I might consider buying it hahaha , actually it’s the same price as in the US lol . This release makes up for the flop of L’Envol that smells like a honey shampoo 🧴.
@@Redolessence I just got Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue. I have coming in Versace Eros Flame,Armani Code A-List,Armani code Colonia, and Imperiale by Guerlain. So I'm going to have to wait on getting that
@@Redolessence I appreciate the feedback! I own moustache and like it but wanted something that wasn't as sweet and more work appropriate for fall/winter.
Steven didn’t you grow up in Greece? You need to focus on some more cheapies from middle eastern companies. I want to know exactly what you think of velvet oud by lattafa.
Thank you for such a wonderful review! I remember when I tried this fragrance on at Nordstrom to test it out and everyone in the store was asking what I was wearing. Till this day no matter where I go I get compliments. Compliment getter for sure!
“Enigma, by Creation E” I’m sorry, what now 🤔🤷🏼♂️😆 Yeah it’s good. Cartier have some real bangers in their line up. Declaration Pure Parfum and Pasha Edition Noire are also fantastic! Real love Cartier’s classy bottles too. Just class. 👌🏼 Also, yeah, what’s going on with the hair? You look like you’re wearing an Islamic Kufi 😳
I agree 100%. I was given a sample today at Macys. It's the first sample I have ever thrown in the trash. It smelled like dirty fish or something in my opinion. The noir version smelled pretty good though.
@@Redolessence you're very informative and watch a lot of your videos. You know fragrance. I just feel 10 minutes is a very long time to watch about 1 fragrance. I feel that should be the time of a top 20 or something like that
