PASIGHAT CRISIS, siang flood on 11th july 2000 

Thanks for uploading this video. I had only memories of the rescue mission carried out by me in saving the people of Pasighat. I relived that day/night of horror and kept praying for safety of all those whom I could not rescue. You can see me in overall at around 2:20 onwards. Pray that it never repeats and everyone remains safe. God bless
