Some people are just born to teach😀. Though I am not dancer, I never imagined so many "little" parts went into a move. I see dance is more about drills and practice than simply natural talent! I have a BURNING question. What excerises faclitate this style of dance? More specifically, what excercises are dancers doing to get that long lean look as oppose to short bulky look? Pilates … it’s designed for a dancers long lean muscle tone ✨ Interested to know what more they add to this but all exercise is beneficial for body mind and soul ✨
