Lollipop Doll Studios because its the worst airline in the world in terms of public relations. seriously, did u see what they have done? they overbooked a seat and dragged someone out. they cancelled the ticket of someone visiting a dieing mother. they made a woman pee in a cup. they killed what could have been the largest bunny in the world, and they killed a dog (he was in the overhead bins). not to mention a couple saved a flight by noticing a problem, yet they were forced to sleep on the floor at the airport.... ya thats why.
Matthew W It’s the airline’s fault for even over boarding in the first place, the passengers shouldn’t have that happening to them for the airline’s own mistakes.
My family went on vacation and we had a suitcase 35lbs over and would be charged 300 dollars for the suitcase. My mom went and bought another suitcase and they charged us 35 dollars.😂😂
Unless you have worked at the airport you have no idea how awful passengers can be. Since this video was edited you cannot see what happened before the the video starts.
This one time my dad had a carry on bag. The person who checked the bag said it was okay to bring it on the plane. But when he was going on the plane the flight attendance said it was to big and charged him.
The person who checked him in the first time probably didn't measure his bag and gave him a break. As a guy who works in the service business I see this all the time. Just because another associate gave you a break or a deal, it doesn't mean you should expect it every time
People need to read the rules concerning baggage regulations before their flight The ticket agent did power trip by threatening to cancel the passenger's reservation A manager should have been requested by both parties
"Yes we apologise for everything that happened it won't happen again" says United air lines 1 week later "Watch this passenger get kicked out of there flight" says inside edition Not a true story but that is how United acts
What's going on with these "entitled" passengers? You know there is something about showing respect to get respect. Frankly I don't blame any business for getting even with rude passengers/customers/patrons.
Well, did that United employee explain why the cost for the excess baggage was so much more than on the inbound flight? I am going to guess the answer is no.
He was recording her already and frustrated she cancelled his flight. Its looks like he was putting up a fight for not being able to bring extra baggage that is not allowed. There is 2 sides to every story.
The only thing that United airlines do is apologize and act like they're sorry and that it won't happen again. Some people don't deserve to be forgiven smh
I travel with one small carry-on bag that fits under the seat, and a cross-body bag. Anything else, it's less expensive to ship it. But, I only take month long vacations and travel on AMTRAK, Greyhound, and cruise ships. Minimalism and the patience of slower travel is your new best friend!
