I still come back to this one🦋 2015 it changed my life course, mentality and training rhythm. 10 miles a day for marathon training, mental stability and goals met. Still listen often, among many of the others, thank you☀️

@@Yourworldwithin Eddie, this one among a handful of your very 1st got me to motivate and train in the snow, ice, 9° weather regardless. You reignited my drive again, my inner competitor... you got me to knock off 20 minutes at Denver half marathon ... 1st year that I traveled to run Denver was 2011 and then the victorious 2015 with a substantial lower time.

holy shit thats a powerful speech. you get really deep with your thoughts sometimes. i have a lot to think about. body, emotions, and mind don't determine success. they are just details. i might use this idea on one of my upcoming essays
