Texas just can't miss lately! Rain on Thursday made for absolutely perfect course conditions on Sunday at the second round of the 2024 Texas Cross-Country Racing Association (TCCRA) series in north Texas.
This video is half of my full race, which was 2 hours of madness (the GoPro battery died just after the 1-hour mark). I get a decent start with a little help, and then the fight begins - watch as I chase the leaders, fight for position, and try to keep my heart rate below 190bpm.
The boys were ripping and the trail was all-time - enjoy!
I'm riding a 2024 KTM 300 XC, completely stock except for some rubber bar mounts and my personal preference of handlebar. I'm using the @GoPro Hero 8 Black with the built-in microphone.
I placed 3rd in the 30+ Expert class and 14th overall on the day. It's exciting to see my results improving and we've got more goals to meet!
