*****Ingredients
Passion Fruit - 6
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 4 tbsp (1 lemon)
Procedure:-
* Take out the seeds from the passionfruit, use a fork and beat passion fruit pulp and keep aside .
* Then heat pan with water and sugar
* let it boil and cook for 5-6 minutes untill get 1 string chashni
* Now add lemon juice
* Allow to cool the syrup
* add pulp to the syrup and mix well
* Keep in the refrigerator and use after cools down
To make squash :-
* pour one 1/4 portion of the syrup to the glass and then add, ice cubes, water and mix
tasty passion fruit juice is ready to serve :)
