Gene Wood always had so much fun behind the scenes of the shows that he announced on - he was 'the Ed McMahon' of game show announcers with his famous laughing!

You cannot use France for French. You can't do that, not on this show! Why don't we go to another show?

Allen Ludden gets mentioned alot here, because at the time of this taping, Ludden was still alive at the time, but was too ill to host. I am not sure, but this may have aired just before his death.
