🔹 Here's a recipe to make Spiral Pasta in White Sauce with Vegetables and Tandoori Flavor Chicken:
Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Salt, to taste
For the white sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the vegetables:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 large capsicums, diced
For the pasta:
- Spiral pasta or any shape you like
🔺Instructions for Cooking:
1. Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, tandoori masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt for at least 30 minutes. Grill or bake until cooked through.
3. In a large pan, sauté the onions, carrots, and capsicums in butter until tender.
4. Add flour to the pan and whisk to make a roux, cooking for 1 minute.
5. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Add cooked pasta, vegetables, and tandoori chicken to the white sauce. Toss to combine.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and additional tandoori masala if desired.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the amount of tandoori masala to your taste, and also add other vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or mushrooms to the dish.
