Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 grams pasta
• 150 grams corn
• 1 large bell pepper
• 200 grams cherry tomatoes
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 avocado
• 200 grams olives
• 1 red onion
• 150 grams feta cheese
Dressing Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 2/3 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
Instructions for Salad:
1. Cook 500 grams of pasta and drain. To prevent the pasta from sticking, add a teaspoon of olive oil and stir.
2. Pour the pasta into a large bowl.
3. Chop all the other ingredients as shown in the video and add them to the pasta.
Instructions for Dressing:
1. In a jar, pour the red wine vinegar, add the olive oil, and then the dried oregano.
2. Add the grated garlic, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is well combined.
3. Finally, add the dressing to the salad and mix until all ingredients are well coated.
This pasta salad recipe is perfect for parties and makes a delicious side dish for barbecues. It is affordable and can be prepared in a short amount of time. By omitting the corn and avocado, you can create a Greek pasta salad. If you also omit the pasta, you will have a classic Greek salad.
