Amazing. I like rabbit a lot. Very underrated. A badly cooked rabbit is better than a badly cooked lamb. One of the best things about rabbit is that it’s easy to catch wild and easy to farm. As a side note Matty you are a little pitchy bro but maybe you have potential as a tenor. Also if you read this Matty is there anyway you can do the Rochester garbage plate? People in Rochester New York pray to the garbage plate at Sunday service and I think you could elevate and really open our eyes to how little we understand about good food.
