Pasta with Homemade Sausage and Tomato Pulp!

250g of pasta (spaghetti, penne or fusilli)
500g of homemade sausage
1 cup of tomato pulp
Preparation method:
Cook the pasta:
In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, until al dente. Drain and reserve some of the cooking water (about 1/2 cup).
Prepare the sausage:
Remove the skin from the homemade sausage and break it into small pieces.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the sausage until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
Add the tomato paste:
When the sausage is golden brown, add the tomato paste to the skillet and mix well.
Let it cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly and the flavors blend. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the pasta cooking water.
Stir the pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sausage and tomato sauce.
Stir well so that the sauce covers all of the pasta. If necessary, adjust the consistency of the sauce with a little more of the reserved water.
Serve hot and enjoy!
