Is it academic that she was the one who shot him? It's not like it's suspicious at all that the first husband was shot in the head and then the next husband was shot too. Doesn't the state now have a reason (and responsibility) to reopen that case? What is the sense or purpose of having rules if there is no expectation of them being honored or followed. I’ve experienced this while attending college. Some students often failed to hand in or complete required assignments yet received same passing grade as other students who put great effort into their assignments.
