When the Bible is used right then that means The Holy Spirit is present within a person. When the Bible is used wrong then that means a person is a false prophet and does not have the Holy Spirit within them. This is why Christians that are born again should not be without the Holy Spirit. As the Holy Spirit Jesus speaks through the Apostle Paul mentioning Himself. He said in Romans 8:11. But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. All Christians that are Born again know if the Bible is being used wrong because Jesus instructed us to let His Spirit within us give us warning. With these words He spoke through His disciple John. He said in 1st John 4:1. Beloved believe not every spirit but try the spirits whether they are of God because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

I have read about a black man named Anthony Johnson the first slave owner in America that owned white and black slaves. All the pictures of Jesus I have seen He had tan/brown skin and His hair was dark and curly like Hebrew/Israelite hair.
