It's good that the muslim community stood up to this deviation which is being forced onto our children but it is the responsibility of the larger community of like minded people to stand up to the authorities that promote such deviant policies. Those who believe in democracy should know that these children and their parents have exercised their right not to participate. That teacher who was so disappointed should appear on social media and reiterate her disappointment and bear the wrath of all good people from all religious groups. Then she will know that not everyone will tolerate all the shit that such deviant groups promote . It unfortunately looks like the other religious groups don't care. They are so stupid, how is not attending an after school program hurtful? Did the students assault anyone? Say anything harmful to anyone? No, but the teacher's comments admonishing students for not attending a voluntary event is offensive. She should be fired.
