My question is how has she been doing this for 4yrs and she’s allowed to serve in a position that causes her to be right behind the pulpit. Right, I went to a charismatic church once in the deep south and I thought the congregation was gonna start floating up to the ceiling 😳 they went somewhere I'd never witnessed before...it was a different experience...everybody is affected in different ways spiritually I guess. I think he could've been a little kinder.. and if it had been some ongoing issue with her, it's a time and place for that.
It’s not normal. It may be cultural. Plenty of pentecostal churches without that and ppl worshiping in spirit and truth. If she was so caught up in the spirit, she wouldn’t have hushed on demand like that. It’s theatrics.
This happened to me the beginning of May and I couldn't contain myself and I knew it wasn't me. I knew deliverance was here and I recieved it. But never one time was I hushed or silenced. They let me cry it out. How does she carryon like that for 4 Years and she is up there?

Many say she's been up there for many years. So then you have been using her in church and dealing with this. What made that day different I personally think we should worship how, we want. I remember I had a really hard day. I wanted to go to church and praise with all my heart and release the heaviness that was on me.
How do we know if this woman had a hurt in her heart that she needed to release? She could have found out anything, bad doctors report or something more serious. We don't know. There were others in the church was in praise and worship and shouting, she just happens to be the loudest. You're right we can't always see what's going on inside the church, but from what was on the video, Keion was totally out of line and needed to handle it as a leader should. That was not it. This pastor says that he’s been having these same issues with her for four years. If she hasn’t been delivered and healed from whatever she’s going to, why he as a pastor, continues to place her in the front in the group? In my opinion, it’s not her with the problem; it’s him.

When T.G. rolled his tongue, I hollered. This man is so naturally funny and he takes me out every time. IMHO, I think she just wanted to hear herself on the playback OR she was just wailing because of her pain and she needed to let it out. And I apologize if the latter was the case. That Pastor was bringing order back to his service and I believe her howling was a disruption for other congregants. He should have just sent someone to her and whispered in her ear that she was disrupting service but perhaps after that song or service instead of during it. But in the future perhaps he should caution congregants to worship as they please but to be aware that their worship should not disrupt the service or other congregants if at all possible. I think anyone would understand and especially her that it would be best for everyone to be tempered in worship during service.

Yes, scripture says there should be order in church but scripture also says “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there’s liberty.” Many people cry, yell, dance, and run in God’s house. Most pastors understand someone doing that needs something from God and they don’t interfere. Yes, she should have quieted down when the Spirit shifted, but he certainly should not have snapped his fingers and hushed her. If it was an unclean spirit, then it should have been cast out not “silenced” as he did. As others have said, there is no reason she should have been up there after four years of this. SMH.
That’s so true now is in times where the spirit has overtaken me and I’ve had a shout and holler, but that’s when the Holy Spirit comes over me. It’s not something that is ritual. It comes as the Lord leads it to do the Holy Spirit not every Sunday spectacle, and I feel like God gives us leaders discernment to know when someone’s really acting in accordance to the flow of God and what God is doing and then to wanting attention and attention and it’s up to us leaders to design that congregation that is following us and the God and they know that we’re doing the right thing but the best thing we can do is just love on people, no matter how their style of worship is and pray for and pray for our leaders to do the right thing instead of coming from Place and JudgePastor that God will deal with him. He deals with everyone according to what they do that’s why he’s the righteous One judges and no one else.

When I was visiting churches after going thru self-deliverance from being a part of a cult & Spiritual Abuse from 18 to when I married my ex-husband at 36; I visited a church I really enjoyed. There was an alter call. I was on the very back row, yet in that instance, a young lady was being tormented by a demon the way that she was screaming & hollering. Although I was on the back row, I can see & hear everything. There were no altar workers surrounding this young lady. All the pastor did was say, "Take her to the back!" I could discern this pastor was not versed in Spiritual Warfare & Deliverance. I would have liked that pastor to rebuke & cast out that spirit(s) in her to show the people our power in the Holy Spirit & how we are to cast out demons on the spot. I believe every fellowship should have their house rules. For example? The fellowship the Lord led me too Mother's Day 2022.... The pastor did a whole series on how the law does not require us to tithe & how we are to give. He also did a teaching on when it's appropriate to pray in our Heavenly Language in a prayer gathering. He says he is not against speaking in tongues, but there needs to be an interpreter. The previous fellowship that I mentioned was super charismatic so all that jumping, hollering, & running around the building was permitted.
I personally think this is a PR stunt and he wanted to go viral. I say this because he's promoting a conference down here in Houston named ironically the "Cry Out" Conference. How is he going to promote a Cry Out conference and silence someone in his own church for crying out? Sounds like he needed to sell some tickets. Also, he's inviting people of the world to this conference like Charlamagne tha god who has openly mocked God. Keion is a talented speaker but that doesn't mean he's called. Only God knows the truth but The Lord tells us to test every sprit by it's fruit. His fruit is always in chaos, confusion, and controversy.
So true. Now two of my Pastors told us already there’s going to be Order in the House. And if it gets too out of hand they will have to intervene to stop it. We have Pastoral security that will ask you to step out. Because there was a drunk man that was acting out disturbingly and was drunk. Had to be removed. And crying out, you may do that when you first get your break thru but you shouldn’t be like that every week once the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you should praising rejoicing not wailing. It’s important to protect the annointing in the House. Like you said if we all in the rejoicing then we let the Spirit reign ON Hallelujah. But one person wailing on is a disturbance during this time. And maybe she needed to step out for a more personal intervention for what she was experiencing. Hopefully someone got with her afterwards.
Church has become so televised that it's more about being a show for the whole world to see. Even the church building should be a sacred place where believers should come to and be able to cry and pray in the midst of the Lord with the comfort of the body of Christ
I went to a COGIC church one time and I must admit that I did feel the Holy Spirit but not enough to do all the movements they do. They were in my ear like “Move ya feet”! I’m thinking but that’s not what I’m feeling. I’m at tears and rejoicing but nothing has come over me to move my feet and run up and down the aisles! I said that to say some of them be pretending to feel the Spirit so maybe he caught that fakeness and loudness. Idk. I also understand from a different perspective as allowing people to rejoice however the spirit moves you!
