She looks so innocent, beautiful and adorable inside and out in this interview. Glad to know she and Neil haven't changed a bit 30 some year later. Keep Rocking!
Yes, I love this interview. She's so cute and I love her accent. Love her so 80's look. She was all about keeping it real. Herself, her music, and that fine husband!
Seen her in concert in the 80's in Hawaii. Just seen her in Fort Lauderdale 2021. Her voice is still great and very beautiful at 67. Neil still can play a guitar 🎸 fantastic show. Should be in the Rock and Roll HOF.
How she's not in the RHOF is insane. She has more hit records than most of the women that got in ahead of her. And she was really representative of the women of that generation. More than most that are already in the Hall.
Great interview. I never saw this one. It's so funny hearing her talk about wanting to have children and Haley Is in her 30's and Hana is all grown up. Wow. How time flies.
Love Pat Benatar she is such a sweetheart. Gorgeous, Funny, Amazing voice, Great personality. Thank-you for uploading this video i really enjoyed the interview.
Listen to that voice! Damn she packs a punch and the range. Put this woman and her husband Neil into the Hall of Fame already!!! Talk about discrimination still in the music industry. Not a huge fan of the fourth LP but her first three LP’s and a lot of her later material is polished and shows so much range and depth. The Hall of Fame is still so sexist. It was just a few years ago Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart finally got in. Talk about someone more deserving. Heart is even more underrated. Their first 6 albums I am obsessed with.
Ya know, in Oklahoma, I got to see her very first tour come through the Oklahoma Jam at OU and then one or two other times and my hub (while dating) got me front 2nd center seats when she came through Dallas at the, well then, the Coca-cola starplex (fair park outside amphitheater, much later in life), but I never got to see this interview. Love this. I'm still a little bit pissed off that while I was sitting on my hub's lap after the show, one of the clean-up crew cleaned up the one and only Benatar shirt I'd ever purchased. It even had baseball sleeves. and P.S. Thank heaven for the 1970s tight fittin genes and MTV. Yowza!
excalibur2112 I remember being glued in front of zenith black & white tv, ed sullivan debuts The Beatles, saw them live in 65 at Shea, MTV was the single culture transforming vehicle that changed music, pat was the first female to have video on MTV
