The Chargers had an AFL guy back in the day (Darren Bennett) who was like this. He'd punt, and then he'd go look for someone to hit. You had to keep an eye out for him because he'd let you have it.

Hekker was a big reason the Rams stayed in the Super Bowl with the Patriots, and part of the reason he's so good at punting is because he can pull off trick plays. You really can't rush him for fear of getting burned.

Yeah the highlights are mainly tackles and punters are the last to attempt a tackle on returns usually---potentially preventing 7 points on the board every time. Lots of other videos showing his punts inside the 10.
