I got rid of the last 45L MLC because it lacked structure. It always took the shape of the contents or when empty, was limp like a duffel. Carrying a bag like that on your back is not fun. How would describe the structure or how this one holds it's shape?

Except for the fact that it's larger than common personal item guidelines? It will pass if your airline doesn't really care and/or if You're willing to underpack it all the time but what's the point of buying a new bag then if you can't fully use it?

I fly all the time, never had an issue with American, Delta, or United. However like I said in the video the more strict airlines such as Frontier may pinch ya.

You can't go wrong with this one! I have a review of the Aer TP 3 coming soon. I'm still in the testing phase. Check out some videos on it. However my Patagonia has been a dream to travel with 🙂
