You can still use Blade Flurry, Reave, Lacerate or Double Strike or even go back to using Cleave! After testing, it was still completely viable.

Not really a good starter. The mapping with this build is going to be extremely slow. You're better off farming maps with some Arc build until you unlock Eternal Lab, then switch to this build for farming.
@@Swift_LN It doesn't need to be a fast mapper, you can get trials from global 820 first/second day, and with reaver this won't be terrible mapping low tiers. Even carrynig merc lab super early can get you enough currency to push gear to uber farming imo.
It is definitely slower to clear maps. I can say that I would get this guy up and going before you get two characters leveled and all trials found and this guy is built for day 1/2 lab farming

Christmas came early! I used the original THICC JUGG Tank this league (Delve) and while it worked wonders: "...I wanted to amplify the offensive power of the build while still maintaining the defensive power..." *happiness intensifies*
For anyone wondering, I tried this build in 3.7 and it's still viable with some changes in addition to the 3.5 updates by EE: 1. Use a channeling skill exclusively, and link it to infused channeling for damage reduction. 2. If you're using a non-stationary channeling skill, drop arctic armour and use flesh & stone (sand stance) for blind and damage reduction. 3. Use rage + berserk for damage reduction. 4. Just link the fortify support to your main skill instead of getting the fortify corrupt.
If i could make a fun suggestion. If you use a Devouring Diadem you get eldritch battery. You can also do Vitality, Anger, Herald of purity and enlighten level 4. Then in a mace if theres space or one of the other items enlighten 4 and herald of ash. So you don't need mana and you get to stack 4 auras and gain those minions to draw a little dps off you. Really loving this set up it has a lot of versatility across a lot of builds.
prolly doing this in 3.5... First time that I will follow a build. That is going to be either fun because I will be a dank tank or frustrating because I will be aiming for certain things...
Right now im very happy with the build could do uberlab easy at lvl 75 with absolute shit gear. but mapping its not very good and would like something better if you got some tips for that?
@@dichaelovic Sorry dude, I did not have a lot of time to play yet and worst of all I have most of the time incredibly bad ping and noticable latency... Most imortant thing will be to have some orbs of regret now that stat sticks are not really a thing anymore and you might come to think that replacing a second weapon with a shield would be a good idea... I hope I will have that connection stuff fixed and I intend to experiment around with eg dual Ichimonji or possibly a big shield (Lioneyes Remorse or Chernobog's Pillar) if I still want more survivability. As I said I am afraid I cannot tell as of now. However EE should be capable of answering your question and some other players should as well. ;) I also feel as if mapping profits incredebly strongly from better gear (mostly life and armour rolls).
The hard work and production values are appreciated, EE. You've got the video editing down, and have maximized your efficiency on every level, but one: the language. As things are, you use about 40% more words than are necessary to make your point, which leads to a related but distinct problem: you rattle it off too fast. I think this is the last remaining barrier to the usability and accessibility of your guides. It's great that you try to make your guides short and tight in terms of time, but if you could also find a way to make them tightly written, that would take them to the next level. Even great writers need an editor.
Okay, so i have lvled up with molten strike, cause i had some good rares and the jewel already. One thing that I thing that he fails to mention is that you NEED something (like a jewel) with % leeched as mana. Otherwise you'll feel bad using mana potions over and over with reave. Also a % leech as life helps a lot :)
LOVE the MK.2 version! I played your MK.1 as a Leaguestarter. Now i play your MK.2 as a Leaguestarter. Its very easy to get the "stats" for Uber Lab! I Did my 7ex now, just from farming Uber lab.

Hi ! Thank you very much for this great build. I created my own tank few days ago, 75% based on yours, but i don't use the skills you use in this video (cause i don't like their gameplay and i feel them too slow). Instead, i use cyclone, 6 linked on my Starforge two handed weapon, with the same level of survivability except that i do tons of damage now, in combination with a war crys damage buffs (2) and 3 totems 6 linked on my body armor. As i said, i do tons of DPS allowing me to clean solo t15 maps very quickly. Now, i feel like Supercopter ravaging hell, with the same helicopter sound. It is funny :p
The most powerful "molten ballz" in delve league was the energy shield jugg with HOWA claw, but there are zero guides for it, if you.. or someone you know plays the build you could make a guide for it perhaps ? i am sure it will have alot of views and likes. It's probably alot more expensive then normal MS characters but still it would be nice to see a guide for it on youtube, and you sir make the best guides that i have seen on the internet and also explain their flaws and weaknesses not just their strongpoints.
You really should take a look into the "80% increased effect of fortify on you while focussed" chest craftable and the "#% additional physical damage reduction while focussed" helm craftable. This is really a little bit thicc!
Hey EE I have a few questions for the new league. I will play the Original THICC Tank in HARDCORE. My first question is, using the 2xichimonji swords and cleave, do I still take the bleeding notes or skip them like you do for this build? Also still wondering what the best 3rd Ascendancy option is for HC after Unflinching and Unrelenting, Also wondering if your gem links for cleave and totem order suggestion still stands the same or if its changed?

Yo i was just in the middle of making the mk 1 version of this build when you put out this video. Lol i guess i might just have to try both versions on xbox and see which one i like now.

Looks like a great build and fun to play! I’m still fairly new to the game so I am still learning. Is this viable for all or most of the endgame content? I want a tanky build that can handle all the endgame content. Also, I did the bandit quest to help the person that gave me the phys dmg, life regen, and resistance buff and in your written guide it said to help none of them for the extra 2 points. I’m hoping I didn’t mess something up with it because it seemed like good bonuses with this character.

So I'm doing this build in HC and it's going pretty well, but I'm wondering. With the loss of nebuloch, we're losing quite a lot of armour. Do you think it would be possible to keep Ichimonji+Nebuloch and instead replace Reave and Blade Flurry by something usable with both swords and maces? Why not, once more, the mighty Consecrated Path?

Hi. I'm going for these build but because of my lack of time it's only lvl 50 :(, but wanted to ask what do you feel about Ice crash instead of reave/lacerate because of the stat stick nerfs. Was reading on the wiki, and ice crash uses only mainhand i i believe its best used with 2h weapon, but maybe it could be ok with another weapon and then use the nebulock in the other. Did not try it, because time :( , and the skill says that it works with swords axes and maces. Sry i just like ice :) ty for your time + I think you should be more recognized in the GGG community because of your guides I enjoy the game 3x more!!
Hi - been playing for about 14 months on XBOX and thus largely disconnected from the larger community (not to mention useful looking tools loke poe.trade and the poe builder app). Your guides are the best out there - wish i had found them many months ago - but something i still struggle with all the time in forums, guides and such is the huge vocabulary of acronyms and jargon. I find myself frequently googling things like “poe what is THICC” with very mixed results, and the page on the wiki pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Community_shorthand is quite dated and maybe 50% of my queries are there. (Not to mention it is virtually unreadable with all the graphic expansions every time a skill gem is mentioned and formatting that doesnt work at all on my ipad) really just want a dictionary... Could i suggest that in your comments you do a quick rundown of acronyms you are using in the video so partial noobs like me can get into these with less stress? Or even a separate video on “language of POE” Ty
are you going to cover a thicc ms jugg dual wield for 3.5 ? I adapted your 3.4 ms marauder for Jugg and it does Elder no problem but Phoenix is . thanks for your guides, I used a number of them .
Nice build, I have no problem clearing maps and Lab. 0.4 mana lech is enough to keep mana up with all puritys and herald on. I have 1 question. How do I get fortify on my weapon? Im running it as a gem in a 4 link setup since 250 fusion didn't give me 5 or 6 links.....
Yo, is this build viable or would it be viable to use with a shield? and swapping nodes to hit the shield nodes? I am just such a huge fan of sword and board playstyle and i'm wanting to one that is viable. Cheers
in the pastebin are 2 weeird notes i thyin, at ur start u also put 2 ntoes in the other way, one gives16 hp and soem damage the other pure damage, wont it be mroe intresting to take diamond skin, also 2 notes some armor and 15% elemental resistaces, makes the need for items lower, or for an extra poiint 16% armour and a jewel slot. (aboive resolute technique) or a point extea for steel of soul, armor elemental resistances and reducved physical damage
Hey man, I just got back into POE and I am following your original THICC Jugg with the 2xIchi's. What would the ascendancy progression be for that? I went for Unrelenting 2nd just because I am a casual player on a very low time and budget. Not sure if its best, but I am about to do my 3rd Ascendancy and honestly I got no clue which is best next
Can you swap the dmg skill to tectonic slam since it's getting a buff in 3.5 if so what changes to the tree would you make if any not sure how much difference this build is from your old tectonic slam build from awhile back
I apologize if I missed something. I've read both the written guides (This one, and Jugg of all trades) and I have a question. Is the Dex needed for use of One handers coming from skill nodes? I'm level 33, and Dex is so low, I can't equip one handed swords or axes.
Would you ever consider doing an updated immortal RF jugg setup? I never seem to be able to get one up and running, and I almost never play more than 1-2 chars in a league so being able to attempt to league start with it might be nice, assuming it's even feasible. The idea of just leisurely walking through the game makes my wrist quite happy, although not sure how you save the shaper on elder fights with zero AoE :P
