Spend most of my time playing Path of Exile and making the muns.
Hope to upload more guides and videos over time. I do work full time ( both a real job and Path of Exile ;) ), so I can promise that I will always have quality videos, but not a release schedule.
Figured I would create a Twitch for this, as I figure we could have some more live interaction for guiding players. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/engineeringeternity
I am not sure what I am doing wrong on aztiri... I have everything needed to make a kill and can kill all other bosses with no sweat but I just randomly die for only what I can see is no reason. I will literally go from full health to 0 in 1 frame. I have 1300 regen 80% resists (90% phys) 5k hp and 130k dps (ramps up to bout 160k) immune to basic alignments bleed and corrupt blood plus a bunch of other goodies. Thing is I have done this before on this build and weaker builds with no issue... I just don't understand.
Can anybody explain to me how pob calculates life regen EXPECIALLY base life regen. His pob seems to have around 200 base regen without vitality. I have like 44! Sitting here for over an hour looking for the problem but pob wont help a bit since it does not name the source for base regen.
I don't like my ele hit warden and want to swap to this build but only have 5 divine orbs. Do you have an early-mid game budget version for this build? What should I buy first
Share my experience with this build as levle 97 Warden with all the set up in this Video: 1. This build is really super Tanky, not a bait build. 2. The skill gem set up in this video is really low on damage, I can't kill a lot of monster in T16 map, so I change the gen set up to Vall Lightning Strike - Triny Support - Multisrike - Awaken Elemental Damage Attacks - Returning Projetiles - Nightblade Support, and the damage become much Higher and Smoother, but also keep the tankyness of this build. 3. This is not a cheap build. The Weaopn SAI alnoe is expensive, let alone other unique jewle and those rare gear. 4. If you can, get a The Taming ring, it's a really big help tp boost your damage.
So you basically swapped out Awakened Lightning Damage and Crit Multi and replaced them with Trinity and Returning proj? How does it perform, do you have 100% Trinity uptime? I would also guess you removed Point Blank from the tree
Yo! Sick build bro. I'm leveling a warden right now and I definitely fancy to play this haha. Anything mandatory to start playing this once I finish acts or can I jump right into it with some basic gear?
I'm fairly new at this. Just level 89 now after a bunch of deaths lol. I'm figuring this out now and like it thanks. One issue I am having is I keep dying to corrupted blood mob's when they appear on my map. Added also, poison is killing me as well lol. My friends are laughing at me. Any help is appreciated.
Hey dude I've been trying your build and I have the same efficiency nodes as you yet my auras like Grace costs 2% more and I can't figure out why. you pay 34.97 for your Grace but I pay 36.76% for mine. I have all the mana efficiency nodes on the tree and the mastery. From what I can see I have 36 efficiency from the tree. Am I missing something? Nevermind I found reservation on helmet I missed.
I'm new player and I decide to try this build because I think this build are tanky also I have bad internet connection. Problem is I dying in t17 from fire orbs, or silver orbs sometimes and mobs with blue aura circle, this one just drain all my hp bar to 0. Can anyone help me with survive in t17?
I have found an error in the build and I'm not sure if anyone else has pointed this out to you. Either both the PoB and ingame character sheet are wrong, or using Acrobatics turns off the elemental ailment avoidance gained from Ancestral Vision. You need to either find a different source of ailment avoidance, or turn the keystone off.
Since you have no life on your chest, and you have a life mastery available, wouldn't the 1 point for "15% increased maximum Life if there are no Life modifiers on Equipped Body Armour" be worth it?
What cunfuses me is, that we want to block quite often to trigger Svalinns effect. We also invest quite alot in SPELL block. WIth the Acrobatics keystone some of the suppressed spell damage (which could still be blocked) will be converted to just DODGE. When a spell is dodged it can not be blocked as well (at least to my understanding). This means we wont trigger a spell. Isnt this a efficiency problem?
Dodging = not taking damage = not breaking ward, which is far more important than triggering a spell. This isn't a trigger build. The triggered skills only provide minor debuffs to the enemies and buffs to us. We don't need them to trigger "as often as possible".
@@NatiiixLP I kind of realized that last night after writing this comment. Was a bit to focused on the triggering since it's quite a unique mod. Thanks for explaining though. Btw glad explained the dodge mechanic with that profile Pic:D
@@spitzhorneule Yep, gotta trust in that spell do(d)ge. Stay safe, exile! A bit of a re-thought from my side as well... The triggering is pretty cool, but with the skills mentioned in the video, the frequency doesn't matter too much, but more importantly -- this is spell dodge. In maps, you're mostly getting hit by tons of attacks, I believe, so this won't even apply. In boss fights, you have significantly fewer, significantly bigger hits, and a higher ratio of spells to attacks compared to maps, so the triggers will be quite rare, I think. That's a downside.
@@NatiiixLP Yo another question you might have the answer to. Regarding pob calc. I his version it show base life regen of around 200 without vitatlity. Do you know where this is coming from? I cant find the source of it
@@spitzhorneule, Okay, so to be honest, I didn't know, but I did a little bit of digging around, and I'm quite sure it's from standing on your own Consecrated Ground, from the Purifying Flame triggered by Svalinn. That gives you 5% of max life per second regen. However, I personally find the skills triggered by Svalinn very unreliable. Most of the time, most small hits from random enemies get evaded or otherwise avoided even before the block, so I only ever notice the Flame Wall or Sigil of Power in very dense packs where I'm getting hit a lot. The Purifying Flame is a bit hard to see, so I can't tell how often that triggers.
if someone would like to have a more comprehensive / early game / cheaper PoB head on to Lolcohol LS Warden, he has tiers of items/talent trees/etc. Sorry for the shameful plug, but I tried your PoB and its very very expensive for my budget, and even though I might get there, his warden is a nice stepping stone :_)
It's simply the skill of the league. You can play this build with anything else. The core ward mechanics work with anything, but need something that deals good damage with low investment. It's mentioned in the video. Meanwhile, the meta has already moved away from regular LS to spamming VLS anyway.
I will always fondly remember your Thicc Jugg Builds. You brought us back then the Ultra Marine to Path of Exile, now we have the Adeptus Sororitas. The build is pure fun but expensive. Many many thanks!
I swapped my ranger over to this build and it's been very nice. It can be kinda clunky, since the dps is a little low, the move speed isn't great, the grasping vines, and having to keep tinctures up, but it's insanely tanky, even with mediocre gear. I've been running shrines on my maps and those buffs make the gameplay a lot smoother. Thanks for posting this!
You need a Conquest Lamellar body armour with a high armour and evasion roll. I bought cheaper armour that was different at first, only had like 1200 ward and it had a high armour and evasion roll, but when I had the currency to get the exact body armour from the pob, I now have 4299 ward
Thank you for the guide. If anyone else is on the fence still, here is my brief experience following this build: Pro: Build is very tanky as showcased and it's easy to gear. You can get a character to T17s on a ~12ish div budget and a big chunk of that is the LoM jewel. If you are on an extremely tight budget, craft 2 small cluster jewels and that will cover most of your chaos res. Con: It's a clicking intensive build. To get meaningful damage you need to utilize both tinctures, unbound and VLS. Unbound is good for mapping but it feels clunky on Bosses especially Ubers so take that into consideration.
Any tips for improving the damage (beside pressing buttons)? I mean gearing-wise, did you find anything particularly good that wasn't mentioned in the video?
I use Legacy of Fury for free Scorch and it combos very well with both Taming and Yoke. Make sure to get perfect/near perfect Tinctures. Tinctures make up for a huge chunk of your dps, so having T1 atk spd and ele pen with 35% effect makes your buttons button harder. You can craft either crit multi jewels or flat damage abyssal jewels to drastically boost your damage. You can also switch to Blizz Crown for more flat damage which this build needs.
@@noodlepoodleoddle Cheers, that sounds great! So, stacking even more ailments and scaling damage through that? I remember tinctures very well from 3.23, but now they're somehow even better. I need to look more into how to craft those jewels because I fear the Trade people will rob me dry if I try to look for 4x added damage jewel like the one in the video, lol.
@@noodlepoodleoddle Thanks! When I saw that ward was finally viable without Olroth's Resolve, I knew I had to try this. I loved playing WardLoop, but I always wanted to incorporate it in its "intended" form. 🙏 One more thing, if you don't mind... You mentioned Taming. Is Taming better than an endgame-budget rare ring with enough ailments? What about the minus mana cost? Don't you miss that?
Rerolled a bunch of times, after bricking my spectre build. Holy shit dude😂🎉 I love this combo with ynas stand. Tyvm, having a blast with this wacky ward warden
Thank you very much! I come from a lolcohol guide and died a lot in late game. Switched only parts to this and its so much more fun to play already. I'm still playing with claw (cant afford dagger right now). Very exited to fully implement this
One question, on the pob you put that you have a dagger with 6% chance to block and melee hits fortify, afaik this is impossible to craft on a dagger.. Why did you put it there?
Cool build, and I'd love to use that shield just because it looks amazing! As a casual player, I think I'm way too poor to be able to do the crafting for this though. It looks very expensive!
