It's perfect for Valdo maps. I'd say enjoy it while you can, cause there's no way this won't get gutted next league. Thanks for the voice explanation, most videos on this skill are just people doing maps without any explanation of the scaling and everything. "This video won't get a lot of views" - I think 12k is pretty decent.

I'm leveling a Elementilist now at 68. Was doing divine Ire. Looked at tree not to different. Spec a bit into brands wow I'm a brand person now so cool with a controller. Played since delirium not the best player but try. Might try mid Max it with Elementilist if I can. Understand the templer be better ascendency.

Penance Brand of Dissipation really ramps up, but it kinda has the same problem of poison - you can keep inflating your DPS by adding duration but that duration is useless in practice, specially for clearing. The advantage of the brand is that you don't need to continuosly aply it like poison -which is insane for bossing if the base damage is high enough to make the multipliers matter. That said, regular new Penance Brand is to be better at clearing up to, at least, 2s duration and 50% cast speed. Swift Brand evens both skills on clearing, but massively kills the scaling of Dissipation Brand after about this same mark. So, you will have to gem swap for clear and bossing, either between brand or between swiftbrand and other support, which is nothing out of the ordinary tbh. But it is still a bit complicated to optimize it.

Clear can be sped up with Herald of ice + Ice damage. The shatter effect is fun to watch spread too.

The damage does not scale infinitely. As in the case of the regular version of the skill, it caps at 20.

"clear relativy not too bad" nah man it is garbage one of the worst skills for clear BUT you can simply use storm brand of indecision and swap out conc effect for increased aoe and your clear becomes 100x times better thats what i do
