I had such a shitty day yesterday and your video made me laugh before sleeping, so thanks a bunch! Watching the rest of it now. I like your idea for the map changes. Sometimes I wonder if Alderon even has an interest to eventually improve the game experience or if the intended it to be such a hassle like it is now, with all these little annoyances. The PTB Update left me very frustrated. They nerved Iggy to an absolutely ridiculous point. Iggy was one of the dinos that was quite well balanced. With it's tiny skill set now it's just walking meat. It made me really sad, as I play Iggy a lot. 😥
Yea i get that mate, we all have our days that are pure frustration. Glad ya enjoyed mate :) I think alderon may have a vision for the game that could work well when it's all implemented, but not when it's unfinished, example would be for when servers are good enough for 200 players, that could force more movement as there may not be enough resources/food in quite a few zones when that happens, but with 100 players there is too much food right now so people have no reason to move. Yea that was quite suprising about iggy getting axed like that, hopefully they do something for it's stamina or turning just to help it, will certainly be a rough change to get used to

A map change like that would be fantastic, or the waterways being all connected. Aquatics will likely NEVER be popular unless something like that happens.
I don’t think they would work on putting ic and gp in the middle because they are actually working on ai such as ai dinos to roam around freely around the map so servers won’t be as dead or smthing like that and the ocean will also be less dead :D but I honestly think ic and gp in the middle is a good idea.
I actually really love the right side of the map. I quest there a lot, and the different environments are just so cool. But yeah, everyone and their mother always goes to crater or grand plains. 😒
As the game is right now, not really worth growing, but could be something that you can do over time by keeping it in a homecave and coming back to it each day to get the rested growth bonus, once ya got that, throw it back in the homecave and come back the next day :)
@@hunyadacrazy thank you. I tried growing it the first day but the ocean was so empty and I knew nothing about questing in the ocean so I gave up instantly. I’ll do what you said with the home cave rest buff.
