That moonlight hunter on the metri is no joke! I was chased for 15 MINUTES by a metri duo as a pachy because I would out stam them but one would always be on me because its faster while the other gains its stamina till I ran out and they just facetanked me to death.
@@hunyadacrazy Yup! Didnt help that I was an early adolescent at the time and I didnt have the jump unlocked on my pachy. Cuz otherwise I wouldve just ran to the nearest cliff and jump off so they couldnt reach me.
Conc is currently broken, it’s claw does almost no damage, but still applies bleed. My friends and I found out while play fighting that Conc does 1% of a speed kentro’s (with lightweight hide) hp when the kentro is asleep. And no damage (or at least not enough to notice and damage) when the kentro is standing. We tested this with against Meg and Amarga too, same results (but even less damage cuz amarga and bal meg are tankier than speed kentro). Hopefully, the developers fix this soon!
The claws are designed now to deal next to no raw damage but good bleed to push more people into using the bite attack, in the next update coming, bleed and venom will be more consistent and less affected by combat weight and armor.
@@hunyadacrazy So after running some testing, sucho, spino, and especially allo's claws all do good to strong damage along with bleed. The devs do plan to nerf allo's claws, but I hope at the same time they decide to buff conc's claw damage too. It's seems weird that an animal's claws wouldn't hurt another animal at all; although, maybe the devs will choose to make any claw attack that does bleed do high bleed but no raw damage in the next part of the combat update.
@@Zarox8811 yea alot of dinos feel like they do better bleed now when they hit me, which is nice for when i wanna play those dinos xD With concs speed and ability to escape easily with water, the raw damage on claw attack isnt that needed, its pretty much a harrasser with more escape options now with the changes to it, it isnt really made to 1v1 other dinos it's size in a typical i hit you and you hit me fight
Best Conc Build without question: Bite, Bleed Claw, Scabbing (Anti Bleed Scales), Tail Whip. Swimming Build is not good. Every other aquatic or semi aquatic is still faster in water. The only thing that is a real threat to the conc is another conc. You will want the bleed scales and the tail whip then. Conc main here! I have grown every Dino on officials solo. The only other viable option is speed scales in a pack only. Hit and run. You will not be able to turn fast enough in a 1v1. Swim build is just bad. Even while you were explaining the swim build you were using tail whip and bleed claws.
I didnt have marks for the aquatic tail in the clip xD You lose nothing from going fully aquatic with it as the conc is never really looking to do damage while running away, the scabbing hide can be useful for coming across a kentro or amarga or even other concs, but with how most hotspots are, a quicker escape from the zone using water is what I would focus on more :)
I think ano players should watch your videos then they might figure out that ano is not the Dino to use against stegos lol and did they fix stegos tail getting bone broke?
Its still 1 of the few dinos you do not want to get infront of, if you get bonebroken onfront of it, you pretty much just die. the cooldown added to tail attacks stops it from having one of the best damage options in the game to deal with smaller dinos as it was spammed and abused before with its old machine gun tail same for spino and duck too.
sry mate, i agree on you that stego is a pretty nice dino (2 years stego main talking) but the slightly better stamina reg is in no world worth the 75% armor it lost. stego got a huge nerf to that. and its the 2nd hard nerf for stego since it lost 90% of its bleed damage with the bleed update and was the most nerfed bleed dino in that update.
Armor is nice n all, but being walked down by a rex, bonebroken and killed is not fun, which was all too common with stego, being able to atleast escape the things that can very easily kill you is a win in my eyes.
@@hunyadacrazy hmm never had trouble with escaping rexes. and ya the bb especially the instant bb on stegos tail broke a lot of fights. but now with the decreased armor a allo can just tailride you with running in your tail from behind and bite in your body. and you got no way to survive.
@@shokk6095 i had many times of rexes sprinting me out of stamina then out speeding me while trotting, you know what happens next xD Stego's armor had opened it up to take decent damage from smaller tiers but the new mobility of being able to use stamina a bit more freely makes those moments of being outnumbered a bit more bearable. Having the stamina it does now WITH the old armor it had would make the stego blatantly broken in my opinion. I feel its now in a good spot where it can handle others in its weight class and below and also escape the things it can't.

@@shokk6095 tailride a stego as an allo and dasp? stego is heavier, tankier and deals more damage per hit, along with bleed, not something they can just trade with, especially when as a stego you force others into tailbites
Not a health nerf but a nerf to its armor, effective health is a combination of health, weight and armor all affecting how much damage it can take before dying. Stego's old armor plates used to cut all incoming raw damage in half. Now it only negates 25% raw damage. Example: old armor hide - 100 damage turned to 50 damage to a stego. New armor hide - 100 damage turned to 75 damage. So we traded a good chunk of tankiness for better mobility :)
