This is currently my most played ship, and as I said with the König, in the hands of the right player, any German BB is good. The Bayern however, IS MONSTROUSLY SCARY!!! This is a T5 Bismarck, (minus the secondaries) AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SO!!! Bayern has overall good guns, decent accuracy, and is SUPER FAST!! Bayern is a must have at T5!!!
@@jamescarroll8972 Any German BB can Dev strike without batting an eye if given opportunity and RNG. It won't happen every time, again, this is German Dispersion we're talking about. But when it does happen, it's clip worthy lmao.
@@taylorbufkin1591 Bayern kinda is a "Budget Bismarck". I can't count how many New Mexicos and QE's I've sunk in this thing. Bayern can do it all, Snipe, Brawl, and even cap bases if you need it to because it's bonkers armor.
The Bayern has been a struggle for me so far. I don't have it upgraded yet, hopefully that will make a difference. Good to know its the ships and not "me" that struggle against CV's. I really just thought I was an idiot. Well, I still have a lot of potato qualities, but at least this one isn't my fault LOL.
We got to talk about this: that Pensacola isn’t going to move into the fire of that Tennessee. You aren’t afraid of BB in your Tanky BB but that Pensacola sure hell is. It’s like one of you is afraid of one ship while the other afraid of the opposite ship.
The warspite and queen Elizabeth do not have better turret traverse or reload time ... They have the exact same reload time amd your turret traverse is slow because you don't have gyrating gilbits.
Just started playing 2 weeks ago..man the grind is real as a FTP as I don't see myself spending 70-100$ for a ship thats just crazy,highest ive got is Tier V so far
Just got Bayern. With slow traverse, Tanky build , faster reload... Something tells me a BRAWLER build (minus the pour traverse) with focus on Secondaries and Maneuverability!? And go for Brawler Build? That's my thinking anyway. I feel your pain of those pesky flies!!
its funny how some ship descriptions are so far off than the ship stats in game...high rate of fire relative to similar gun systems? then how come Queen is better? la galissonaire being the best cruiser of its time? how come its so crap that calling its armor paper is an insult to paper...and lets not forget how fragile IJN ships are...
@@Ryantube007 I'm mostly an aggressive player but it's hit and miss for me. I'm either left all alone or with maybe a destroyer on my side. I hate traveling to the other side of the map just to be with the other battleships just to get 2k damage in the end. But when I push with other battleships I get focused because everyone knows I'm just an easy target. I mean I have those games where I actually do half decent but it's still just a pain of a ship to use.
The Bayern literally made me and a friend stop playing the game for like 6 months. God i hate that dispersion. DD at 6km? Well nice try, all your HE shells missed and now you will die by the "oh so skilled DD player"

You played that ship all wrong. You knew what you were doing. All legendary players could play a better game in an inflatable boat with 2 inch guns than what you did with this ship. Granted it has setbacks,but most ships have problems. It's the calibre of the players that makes the difference. If it was an American ship or the Queen Elizabeth which I know you love you would have done better. Its shows your predudice sir.
I got on with Bayern. She's basically just another WW1 Dreadnought - her turrets are still at the bottom of Scapa Flow, I've family members who've dived the site. It's *Gneisenau* where the German BBs go to crap. Bismarck's supposed to be good, basically because she's a WW1 Dreadnought with better engines.
@@anananandsdsdsds3486 Bayern seemed (to me) like a late ww1 to early ww2 Dreadnought, shes a beaut but sadly we dont have any German Dreadnoughts or battleships left they've all been sunk or scraped
Ever since the podcast with Peek I was wondering why you think Enterprise would be a legendary? It was only a tier 8 on computer and we know only tier 10 is gonna be legendary cause Iowa was a tier 9 personally I think it will be a campaign ship but how knows we both could be wrong
