I’m afraid of this comment. The way you worded it makes it sound like Ojama Lime is a plural group, not a singular tiny annoying green abomination of existence. This makes me fearful in ways I cannot describe
@@otterfire4712 From what I know, it's their equivalent of 2 ojamas in a trenchcoat, but the fact that everything repels ojamas (including themselves) causes them to merge into one being. Either that, or it's just ojama archon mode
My favorite part of this saga is that rescue rabbit knocks out four of behemoth’s front teeth, and then in duck dummy you can see the same teeth starting to grow back.
Ratas ability to identify these old monsters names are impressive. Some of the artists really dig deep in these references and recurring storylines. Artist credit is like the biggest thing I wish Yu-Gi-Oh had.
Thank you Rata, you uploading another episode of Pathetic Aesthetic has: - Cured my dementia - Repaired my bike - Gotten me a raise - Cured my dementia - Gotten rid of all the wall gremlins
I remember him saying he would do a playthrough like, years ago and being very disappointed nothing came of it, are we just bringing this up again or did he actually say something about it?
the really funny part of Master and expert is that it's 3d model in forbidden memories has no legs. "Master" is just a red torso clinging to "Expert" for dear life.
Came back here to comment that Rata did it again and Konami released a king of the beasts retrain that's basically him with the intent of getting back everybody who ever wronged him.
I'm still not over rata jokingly calling out a fake monster hunter name like "Grogmazios" and there's literally a final boss in one of the games called "Gogmazios" 💀
Beast king is only a king because he married Beast king Alpha. That's why he's ratting the rodents out to Alpha, because he's actually kinda weak and honestly Alpha kinda married him out of pity. It's not a loveless marriage but you get the feeling they'd be happier as just friends. If Beast King wasn't so desperate to keep that "king" title, and Alpha wasn't so insecure about his own masculinity, they'd have had a heart to heart and divorced already, and both be happier for it. But no, Beast King NEEDS his authority, and Alpha NEEDS to feel needed, so this situation keeps playing out over and over again. It's hamster's first time seeing this, but safety rabbit's been through this rodeo before.
Pointless points that even Rata and Jimbles didn't point out: -King of beasts seems to have gills. -The Ojamas are all gaining kinetic energy due to other monsters in the mating of the beasts: Green was getting thrown by the red angy guy. -The boar could potentially be ramming into a certain censor method. -Master and Expert are doing the hugging your midsized pet thing, which is adorable. -I think that accursed dog is supposed to be a lawnmower. I am not sure if by design or not and if so by whose.
If you look closely at lucky punch you can actually see the pieces of his teeth flying, so maybe the one who actually broke them was rescue rabbit and he was already like that by the time Des Kangaroo punches him? It could also be the reason why he's so scared of rescue rabbit later on, because it was the one who made his life go downhill.
A "pathetic aesthetic" style format would be incredible but with archetypes that will not necessarily have bad designs. for example, comment on all neos cards, all hero cards, onomatopoeia, etc.
That would be a repeat of DDD with Rata trying to discuss monster design and Jimbles wheezing and going "HOW DOES HE MOVE? THIS IS SO STUPID" Jimbles really has *nothing* to say when a card actually looks good.
@__ Man it sucks that I missed that I am so mad Tho I guess tbf when an artwork is good you cant make fun of it which is the core of this show, but yea he also did do that with alot of the dimension dragons
@JohnnyBravo106 Hot take, I dont think Odd eyes Pend Dragon looked that bad I actually kinda like it prob my 3rd fav protag boss after Stardust and Utopia
The narrative of Behemoth seems to be: He marched all the old beasts (the "animal" faction) into the other Tri-Types territory (beast warriors, winged beasts and very small beasts). Manticore of Darkness threatening roared him, rallying his allies Des Kangaroo and Rescue Rabbit while the fight was going on the background. Behemoth attacks Des Kangaroo, who cross counters him, Rescue Rabbit gets a lucky punch in, and then Super Nimble Mega Hamster and the boar of Rush Recklessly nut shot him. Behemoth tells on them to Alpha, who wonders what in the name of the lord he is talking about. Years later, with his front teeth growing back, he tries to push around some other animals, who now know that his PTSD is his weakness. So yeah, I think he was the aggressor. He deserves his pain.
@@animatepokemonadventures7889 The VOD is on Twitch at least, and we get highlights here! Much better than missing other streams, especially charity ones that aren't uploaded
7:56 honestly i like this one, it reminds me of camping trips with my extended family. everybody is doing some bullshit, you forgot the names of half the people here, there's a brat throwing shit, all the food is gone and the baby is crying.
Here's my interpretation of the Behemoth story is this: Behemoth was a known bully to all the animals. Eventually he forces all the beasts to go on the Ardous Big March of Animals. Along the way, he bullies the Mad Dog of Darkness to the point several animals begin to turn on him internally, but since he's the largest, they can't touch him. Mad Dog calls upon his buddy the Manticore of Darkness to settle the score. Manticore, along with Des Kangaroo, Rescue Rabbit, and Super Nimble Mega Hamster decide to start a Big Cattle Drive to face off against Behemoth. Behemoth senses them, and begins the attack on Manticore, who gives him a Threatening Roar. Afterwords, Des Kangaroo, Hamster and Rescue Rabbit just beat the crap outta him. Then Alpha hears what's going on and is confused as to how Hamster and Rabbit beat him. In his shame, he tries to bully Duck Decoy, which leads to the duck pulling our Rescue Rabbit, forcing Behemoth to run in terror
First Pathetic Aesthetic I was able to catch live. Incredible, definitely an experience I recommend to any of the fans. Was great, every time they said “this is the last one” they followed up with “just one more.” Was like a triple or quadruple encore. Bravo.
People need to see what the "Master and Expert" 3D model looks like in Duelist of the roses. I'm not goona say what's wrong with it, just go see it for yourself.
Love King of beast so much. Just had a thought. Ojamas have zero attack so no matter what they hit they deal no damage. Was trying to think of why Harpy Queen just looked stunned...Also man sized Omaja king ooooh noooo
Alpha looks like he's about to give King a serious dressing down. "I gave you one fucking job, be King of the Beasts, and you get your arse handed to you by Rhino from Bolt!"
So good to have a new Pathetic Aesthetic episode. I just wish I didn't have to finish after work. Side Note- Between this and "Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART", I'm quickly learning not to underestimate kangaroos.
I know they were joking around but, wasn't Behemoth just a reference to Final Fantasy's Behemoth? Which is in the Monster Hunter games. Which means that it's name in Monster Hunter would be "Behemoth"
@@philipscdi2029 I know but he didn't upload anything for so long, it's so refreshing, plus I didn't eben get the notification for the Lime video so it's 3 videos in a week!
My favorite part is that Behemoth SOMEHOW managed to pull himself together and become Behemoth the King of all wars. This man Got fucking WRECKED and HUMILIATED and he went on a fucking training arc
I love how baffled Jimbles was at the start of Rata's Wicked Worm Beast story. You can hear the gears in his head turning as he tries to figure out how the thing connects to Exodia and kissing and field trips.
Super nimble mega hamster doing an anime super speed shadow clone anime run into a DBZ spin shattering body blow is just pure gold. The art I never knew I needed to see
I choose to believe that with it's sharp teeth, crumpled face and leaking orifices, Behemoth is ether how Ojama Black views himself or is Blacks fursona and all the cards are what is happening in the mind of Black. That's also why Behemoth is being constantly beaten up; becasue that's how an Ojama understands interaction with any other living creature.
@@thecopperowl8386 At least you didn't quickly remind me of Harpie Queen. Manticore has that "pouch" of costume(?) they covered, and Kangaroo is tasteful enough. Master of Oz though I wish they covered, one of my favorite weird cards and oldschool Stein summons.
If you count the german translation as canon, Exodia being female is actually reasonable. It's called "Exodia die verbotene" with "die" being the female pronoun.
I'm still waiting for a round 2 on Ojama cards just to see how baffled Rata and Jimbles can get at Nitwit Outwit: not only it shows that the Ojamas SOMEHOW managed to sneak up with a decent boulder trap onto Shien and some of his SixSam cohort, but the best thing about it is that the card effect is completely useless if you try to play it with Ojamas since they have normally 0 ATK. -Teo
