yes but you know we were watching video made by a stupid spearo that does not even knows to load a gun , and is a dummy spearo .. so that is just funny , i still wait to see the salty water loaded in the pool with some real live spannish macks in it ! haahha !
I did move to loading front band first for a while ... but if the first band slips the wishbone as you are loading the second it can be dangerous. I also feel that with one band through the other, the bands don't release fully their energy. Anyway this is how I load all my banded guns and am happy with performance and accuracy ... if you prefer loading the back band first then great!
Hey Majd I think Utku is right, if you load front band first through the rear band, onto 2nd tab from mech, then load rear band onto closest tab to mech, then they will lie parallel just like they do on an Abellan.
Testing the Pathos Sniper 125. Part 1 is basically the Default setup I go the gun in. I later decided to remove the Enclosed Track as it was slowing down my shaft speed too much. In Part 2 I will push this gun to get maximum performance.
majdq8 hello! am so happy to discover ur channel! very interestint videos! particularly this one..but i wish it was testint a roller one :s now i dont know how to feel about my pathos sniper Roller 115 :s defenitly doing some fixed target tests ASAP!!
Hello! I have waited long for this video! Thank you!! I bought pathos sniper roller and the trigger ermes for your advice. It is waiting for the right kit. Show video in the future how to look track! For roller probably also need a harpoon larger diameter?
(Tip) plese try to show the shoot from diferent angels or at leats sideways the video Will be mutch more enjoiyable (after the poll test show the Gun out of the water like more detailed botom, side, top and some) nice video

Band at the top of the gun must go through second band and load to second nob. Then second band going to last nob all the way to the handle nob. bands will fit perfect to body.
Hey Majdq, how did you sand off the enclosed track? Was just hoping for a few pointers from the master himself! Also how did you secure the line guide pin? Huge thanks and gratitude for your tips!
Amazing video but i have a doubt: have you ever used a Cressi handle like Geronimo or Cherokee??? What do you think about them??? I'm asking because i never see you using a Cressi speargun in your videos.
First thank you for the video. I am surprised that you didn’t pull the front band inside the rear band. The bands get crossed due to your method. I think the most important problem with the pathos is have no place to put weight to balance the buoyancy centre of the body (sorry for my English)
Pulling the band inside causes tail lift as shaft leaves track and low shot with poor performance. You can see this here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cv4EIormltM.html
Majdq8 do you think the track adds friction because it is a metal track? Or do you think the results would be the same with a polymer/plastic track like with the Mako and Riffe guns? Thanks for all you do for the community.
hi. always enjoy your videos. One question. I got a bleutec Lycan 130. Two shafts. One 160 cm. and 170 cm. both 7.5 mm (devoto) what size of bands and how many for a excelente performance. I really appreciate that. Hope you answer
Best is 2 x 14.5mm small ID bands at 360% stretch. Choose the shortest shaft you can get away with. With the Oceanborn 125 you can use a 160cm shaft but not sure on the Lycan 130. Check my channel for the OB 125 test and you should get similar performance to that.
The trigger used was a beta trigger for Pathos D'Angelo 2 that can also be used for the Sniper with slight shaving off of the frame to allow the line release to move fully. I think it now out of beta and being sold by Pathos. I think it is a big improvement over the original SS trigger from Pathos.
Thank You! I watched Your videos upgrading the old dAngelo II handles. I also want to upgrade my old Pathos trigger mech. for heavier setup. What would You recommend, buding and installing Ermes Sub kit or buying a new Pathos dAngelo 3 handle? Thank You!
The new D'Angelo III handle comes with a trigger that is almost identical to the D'Angelo II ... so you need to upgrade the sears if you want to use a powerful setup ... or you can put the new Pathos trigger with side line release.
Ok, thanks. I bought a Roisub 115, there is a d Angelo handle on it. Im gonna stick with the handle and order a Ermes kit for it. Maybe I will post some target shooting results. Tnx and have fun!
I used a mini belt sander ... it took way too long! I think I read somewhere that Pathos will have a tool where you can tap the ET off ... that would be MUCH easier!
Thanks. I just bought a Meandros Argo 105. From your recommendations, I take it 14mm bands with a 7mm 135mm long shaft with a cone will be a good setup for this gun? Thanks a lot for all the info.
It's strange that an experienced man like you start charging a gun with closer sandows, and further sandow from you, you put on sharkfin who is closer to you. Thats d reason why you have problem with charging. I always start with further sandow, pass him through the closer.. and closer sandow on shark fin who is closer to me.. Like that i have same stretch for both or more sandows.
Hey maj, Why do you insist on hip loading your guns ? You struggle so much by hip loading but if you chest load i find it much much easier ! It may be a little uncomfortable but much easier. On my pathos 120 i chest load no problem i dont even use the rest tab unless im tired because its the end of the day.
As I mentioned before, the loading system recommended by Pathos does not give good results as it causes "tail lift" of the back of the shaft as it leaves the muzzle and thus causes a low shot with not good penetration. The loading system I use in the video give much better accuracy and flatter trajectory. You can see this test here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cv4EIormltM.html
You are loading the Bands wrong.. The first rubber passes trough de mittle of the other, and goes to the first position, and than the second rubber goes to the last sharkfin. And you will see the rubber will sit perfect.. 😉
Your loading the bands wrong, the first band has to go all the way to the last fin tab and the second band has to go on the second last fin tab . You are loading the first rubber on the second last tab and then the second rubber on the last as if it was a regular open muzzle
