सर मेरा भी same problem है 2010 से मैंने Dr मज़हर हुसैन सहारा Lko में दिखाया था उन्होंने बोला ज़रा सा है exercise से चला जाएगा लेकिन दर्द नहीं जा रहा कई Dr को दिखा चुका हूँ ऑपरेशन के लिए सबने मना कर दिया बोल रहे कि ये stable हो गयी है exercise से ठीक हो जाएगा लेकिन दर्द मेरे हमेशा रहता है
