With metal costs on the rise many artists are turning to metals like zinc or galvanized metals. Here are 4 simple patina processes that may be applied to galvanized metals or zinc.
I made a table top out of galvanized steel. I don't want to change the natural patina, I just want to protect the surface from the white water rings that galvanized steel sheet metal is susceptible to. Any suggestions?
I have a Black zinc facia and there are little white spots at the miter. Is there any touch up that can be applied to make it black again in those spots? Thanks
It's their brand. "They" being the company that created the video. They are the Industrial Metal Supply Company. I'm sure you don't have to use their cleaner.
@@escapefromny2012 At the time of this video yes you are correct. We now sell our own however: sculptnouveau.com/collections/metal-cleaner/products/metal-degreaser
