Sir please read page 36 of Rajnesh Vs Neha para : (h) The pleadings made in the applications for maintenance and replies filed should be responsible pleadings; if false statements and misrepresentations are made, the Court may consider initiation of proceeding u/S. 340 Cr.P.C., and for contempt of Court.

Hello, अपका vidio अच्छा लगा. मैं पूछाना चाहता हुं की छे महिने पहले मेरा केस निर्णायक हो गया है ऑर केस तहसीलदार के कोर्ट मे चला था जिसमे झूठा बायान लिखित स्वरूप मे दिया गाया था . मैं अभी सेक्शन 340 के under application कर सकता हुं? ऑर कीधर? Thank you so much.

bivi bank account statement nahi de rahi hai court me hamare vakil ne application bhi kiya bank account statement dene ke liye, agar wife bank account statement nahi show karti to kya kare..? Reaply plz

I have filed application under 340 crpc for giving faulse affidavit now I have found more faulse points in same affidavit. I want to file again 340 crpc application after cross examination can I file twice application during hearing.

Bohut acha hai sir Maine 340crpc use Kiya wife ke 13B 1 mcd ke affidavit Usne caste Jhut likha apne 13B1 mcd ke affidavit par aur court ke madhyam se paise ऐंठने की कोशिश कर रही थी कोर्ट को भी ठगने की कोशिश कर रही थी । Court accepted 340 case of mine & admitted that case Now summon pocressing

@@surajrao2889 Perjury-crpc 340 read with IPC 195(1)B(i) & 195(1)B(ii) for False Statements on Affidavit given on Oath. This is Punishable under IPC 193,196,199,200,206 & 209 ! ( In any Case an Affidavit if it is Singned by oath commissioner or Judge it can be considered as Evidence and if that false statement on affidavit is related to same Case and if that statement may effect the Goal of the case then a PERJURY stands strong. Ex in Maintenance125 if wife put false statement on affidavit & Husband has Proof against her false statement that may effect the case then husband can use Crpc 340)

@@surajrao2889 Court judges are biased and they Fear to put 340 coz in crpc 340 the court becomes a Party so the judge does not want to work coz crpc 340 proceedings are different then other IPC & CRPCs

@@surajrao2889 bhai maine bhi Full proof dikhaya tab ja ke Court 3 din Behas kiya + 18 Judgement dikhaya + court ko responsible banaya Maine bola ki court ke dwara mujhse paise aita ja raha ,court ko bhi ladki ne ullu banaya ,court se maine pucha kya court judge aap andhe ho bawakoof ho ? Full argument hua 18 Citations Judgement etc dikhaya tab ja kar judge ne Crpc 340 admit kiya

It's very useful & fruitful video. Sir, in my case of CrPC 125,,though my wife is highly qualified I.e. MCOM, MBA(finance),Diploma in taxation, NCC"C" certificate, MS(CIT),mtce to my wife granted on the grounds "she is not working in any organization. After a period of say 3 years it is known & proofs also got available that she was working since earlier to the pendency of the maintenance case.. Can I get any benefits out of this ? If yes....how should I proceed further. Kindly guide.
