Mere case ki stage me wife side se byan darj hue ha jisme usme jhoot bola ha ki usne kabhi job nhi ke but mere sath rahke usne 2 months ki ha aur uska mere paas as proof offer letter aur i card hai nd some WhatsApp chats nd pics proof..but abhi kha working ha don't know so kya mujhe 340crpc file krna chaiye?

Sir if she is already getting maintenance from last 4 years from my salary but while filing affidavit in DV Act application, she didn't disclose it to court. In this case shall i file section 91 first or direct File application under Section 340 Of CrPC

गुरू जी, अगर माँ जिसके चार बेटे है, और नयायलय चारों बेटों पर 2000 प्रति माह का इंट्रिम मेंटेंसनेस बाँध देती है और कोर्ट यह भी बोलती है की चारो बेटों से की अपना आज से 5 साल पुराना बैंक स्टेटमेंट लाओ जिसमे की बेटे no. 2,3 और अच्छा कमाते हैं और transection है, लेकिन बेटे no. 1,4 का पीछे पाच साल मे 5 लाख भी नही है, तो हम 1 और 4 का इंट्रिम maintinace केसे khatam kre? गुरू जी इसका क्या उचित उत्तर न्यलालय को दिया जा सकता है❓ आपके उत्तर का इंतज़ार रहेगा.

Jhooth to sab bilte Lekin proof nahi ho pata hai, court me dhakke khane ke siwa dono ko kuch nahi milta, itna maintenance nahi milta jitna advocate fee kha Lete hai, or 20 saal tak court ke chakkar katne me Life barbaad ho jati h, isse accha apna khud satelement kar Lo

Court is not god. You are responsible and committed to your own life. The court just replaced the King courtship. You are still eligible to handle your family issues on your own.. Agar aap sache h to court me nyay jarur milega agar aap ya opponent ek dusre ko Bina wajah case me uljha te h to isme court ko bhi pata chalta h aur court bhi wese hi aapka samay barbad karega jesa aapne court ka kiya.. Isiliye ager evidence nahi h kisi chis ke to wah chise hui hi nahi h.. to aap court jakar kisi aur ko Bina wajah uljha ne ki koshish na kare.. aur sabhi se yahi appeal h ki wah bewajah sirf pareshan karne ke liye cases na kare.. court iske liye bilkul sahi jagah nahi h... Aapka hi samay barbad hoga!

Sir mere 125 case m wife ne rajnesh vs Neha affidavit m 2 F.D. 20,000 each disclose nahi kiye, 91 crpc ki application lgane k baad usne additional affidavit m btaya ki uske pass 2 f.d. hai. Use yaad ni rha. So in this situation 340 ka case banta hai ???

Sir wife ne ek written document file Kiya reconciliation fail hone ke bad.... jisme sab kuch jhooth likhi hai... Income affidavit (annexure) kon pahle file karega... unke advocate bole mujhe file karne ko.. kya mai uske affidavit file karne ka wait Karu then. Reply WS and income affidavit file Karu..
