Welcome to our first ever Songkran for the Thai New Year 2567. We are celebrating the New Year for the first time in Thailand after coming here for 10 years and we had a blast joining in the festivities and the worlds BIGGEST water fight.
The Thai New Year is celebrated in the 13th April and the year is 2567. The new year is brought in with a 2-3 day party which includes splashing and squirting everyone with water to cleanse off the past year.
We spent the day in Patong Phuket and celebrated with our friends in Otop. We also had a look along the massively busy Beach Road Patong.
It was a great time full of fun and sillyness
