@@wakawaka5131 quit spreading bullshit. There are no podcasts or interviews where Bill claims that was Patrice "and his crew" in the joke. There is absolutely no evidence of that, what-so-ever. You're just spewing bullshit to get attention. You're like the common sheep that also spread the stupid rumor "it was actually Bills wife now, that he went to go see in Harlem". To the OP, they were good friends, that's about it.
@@maobiik1670 Patrice was 4 years older than Chappelle. Chapelle started in his teens a O'Neal in his early twenties so around the same time. Patrice was older, confident and considered unburnable by his peers. Chappelle has said as much in interviews about Patrice.
@@maobiik1670 it's the people like that, that spread the stupid rumors also "in the bit about black people and Harlem, that's actually Bill's wife now, that he went to go see"....no it f*cking wasn't, quit spreading stupid shit and lies, to get attention. Just youtube community that actually don't listen to podcasts, that want to get likes on their comments.
Daz either loves or hates comics there's no middle ground I love the reaction here with Patrice where he had to pause for a breather from laughing so hard, and then there's the Bo Burnham video where he's stone faced and said it was the worst 4 minutes of his life lmao
Like patrice o'neal is 1000% honest all the time. There's a clip of him asking louis ck,who is mexican, when he decided to be white from the opie and anthony show, all time great exchange on race that iv yet to see anyone react to
His comment he made about Africans not liking black men made me remember a bit by Aries Spears called African men it's short but hilarious RIP Patrice!!
Patrice is such a freaking genius. What he's saying is racist as hell, but the way he crafted the joke, makes it sound like a loving kind of racism, devoid of hate or malice. Pure comedy gold.
I fucking love this guy on the right, we are culture blockers, like we really laugh about cultures no matter white or black !! Or Indian or what ever !!
Patrice O'Neal said the most insightful thing on episode 1.2 of "The Green Room": "Comedy should be...about 50% of the audience laughing, and 50% horrified." RIP one of the goats.
I've never experienced the mexican hotel maid situation before...but man, this is way too funny as I can just relate to the situation and just how hysterical it is when explaining how it happens. Daz just made it 10x better...I literally burst out laughing thanks to Daz...this is just too good
Yeah, seriously, I don't think a person needs to experience it to find the impression/parody hilarious. I don't get the other two guys and their lack of amusement...
This is for all the guys scrolling through comments. Patrice's Black Phillip Show podcast (it's on youtube) will change your life for the better. Patrice was a genius, particularly when it came to relationships. Listen to episode 1 and you wont be disappointed.
Not even O'Neal could get away with that today. "The biggest casualties of the insidious disease of political correctness have been truth ...... and humor.
Patrice O'Neal is one of the greatest of all times and his comedy about men and women is the best. He even has comedy from when he used to be on a radio program and people would call in for advice on dating. Patrice understood women and how their brains worked more than any man I've ever met
Hes one of those guys I look back at and go "damn I wish he took care of himself" Dude didnt really care about his health problems and died because of it. He'd be so god damn brilliant in todays times.
The 9th Annual Patrice O'Neil Comedy Benefit is Tue Jan 18th 2022 730pm at NY City Center tickets 75$ All goes to his family . Huge line up of killer comics. let your peeps know please.. RIP Legend
Gotta respect the grind: Noticed the other channels don’t have nearly the following *YET* as the main channel but you’ve been plugging along. Keep up the good work love the reactions/channel 💯
Oh God, this is greatness. Patrice was a genius, RIP. He would be so honored at how uncomfortable the guys on the middle and left, are right now...lol This is what he lived for. Check out Elephant In The Room, stand up special. RIP PATRICE O'NEAL!
I remember when I was young one of our idiot Presidents sent a bunch of soldiers to Angola or somewhere like that in Africa for a "peacekeeping" mission. The news interviewed some black soldier and I'll never forget it. "All my life I've heard about the "mother country" and how wonderful it is. Africa this and that. Man, I don't have anything at all in common with these people!" The reality is always so different from the fantasy.
Patrice!! One of the absolute best, may he rest. He was Bill Burr's best pal. As for the Mexican housekeeper....we'd been doing a lot of traveling and got to a hotel where we were going to be for over a week. But our first day we were sacked and planned on staying in all day, resting and doing laundry and that kind of stuff. I hopped in the shower and while I was in there she came to the room and talked to my husband. I came out of the shower and he was like "We're going out for breakfast, we have to leave." I looked at him like he was nuts...what? He said, "I tried! But Josefina doesn't speak English and I can't explain it to her, so we're going out, she just won't take 'no' for an answer!" But seriously, Josefina made that room up like no one's business. We managed to get around the language barrier and fell in love with her. She treated my husband like her long lost son.....SERIOUSLY!! At the end of our stay we left her an enormous tip....not only because she was the BEST, but we just fell madly in love with her. Her attention to detail and work ethic were incredible and the lady took serious pride in the maxim "a job well done", but I teased my husband it was because he was secretly in love with her, lol. A couple years later when we saw this bit by Patrice we DIED! Years later my husband would still say, "Josefina would have done it better" and I still pretend to be jealous of his Mexican Mami. Hahaha. The only jealousy is I wish she loved ME more!
You can tell which one oh these three can make a picture in their head while listening to a comedy. Those are usually the people with the most educated sense of humor.
@@GreenIronFist im middle eastern and i wasnt born in the west , but political correctness has been putting alot of pressure on people to not act free, sad.
Comedy fans know all about "The back table" at the Comedy Cellar in NYC. Bill Burr, Bobby Kelly, Rich Vos, Jim Norton.... ruthless sons of bitches that sat and ripped on each other at that back table, and Patrice was the King.
I've worked in several roles with native Africans in the US from Kenya, Nigeria, and Somalia. They often disrespect and sometimes hate African-Americans. There is no bond, no sympathy, no kinship. They say things I could not get away with saying and would not even think! Sometimes it's because the Africans who come here are advanced, elite students (arrogant) but other times they'e just average folks who will talk about stereotypes. I worked in college for years doing pizza delivery. The African native drivers would say "he's black...no tip...you take that one". Lot's of whites did not tip either. One British educated lad said "they are not African-Americans...they are dark Americans...we do not claim them". Wow! I was amazed over and over through the years from low to academic situations how the African people really dislike these others and wish to have no associations.
Every time I hear Patrice say "sweatpants and tuxedo shoes", I think of that picture from somewhere in Africa of a guy standing in the middle of a street with an AK-47, wearing blue jeans, and running shoes, while sporting an orange life jacket. 😂
