I know what I'm building tomorrow. This is my favorite design yet - I love both the sniper lookouts and the Plant X access through the bottom. Very well put together, which is not unusual when it's coming from you. Looking forward to the next video.
Ah yes, the legend had uploaded! Loved taking this boat out for a spin and harassing everyone we found! It wasn't nearly as fancy as this one tho from No Tame.
Redhulk3467 I play with him on No Tame. He makes rafts that haven't even been seen here on RU-vid! Some designs he improves before posting. This is a lot nicer than the one he made that I had the pleasure of using.
I’ve used this so many times. Raided so many bases with just this boat. Best ask build I’ve seen and extremely effective. Also had my own twist to the design on servers with no build limit on boats. 1,000 thumbs up!

Kyle Zimmermann Oh yeah so true. I had a buddy use his battle boat and his rocket turret blew up his own boat xD. But it's a little better now since the sail damage has been removed
You still have to be aware of shooting them when in anything resembling enemy auto turret range. I've had weird stuff happen with that too. My goto for water based rockets is putting the on a mossy platform. Then you get a ballistic missile sub. :D
Thanks man, great built. I love the sniper towers. It is the same concept as with those you showed off for standalone sniping towers on land. I recently built a few towers and was trying a similar concept but it wasn't as good as these.
I would love to see some motorboat builds geared towards boat vs. boat and raiding offshore or shoreline bases. Even better if you could make some thing to wreck Griffins.
Eyy xONEWINGx, found out something I never knew before when it comes to building with tek bridges above normal ground placement with pillars, apparantly you can protect your tek bridge with a double door, but to activate it again in case you de activate the bridge, you're gonna need to be able to open the doors again before activating it, then you can freely close the doors once activated. Hoping I'm currently the only one who knows this, but probably not, might make for a good makeshift tek pitfall trap, maybe? might be good to have a few bloodstalkers below to grab any would be person to attempt to climb or fly out.

It's really not that hard to deal with if you are on the raft. The problem is you shouldn't leave it unattended in deep water. The Leeds also seem to be less common now.
I don't know weather you read this stuff or not, But i have a recent boat build i would be pretty keen for you to cover considering you got me into boat building to begin with. :)
Question... @xOneWingx if you didn't lower the first foundation u saved off the bow could you use sloped ceilings for the port and starboard snipers nest? That would save two pieces... I'm trying to plan my build and i want the utility pen on the back ... can you extend another two rows off the stern?
I can't picture what you mean, if you don't lower the preserved foundation it won't stay connected to the rest as it can only be a max of two levels difference to join to the other structures. You can use sloped ceilings for the roof of the sniper nest (saving max 3 pieces) but the overhang on the bottom of the ceilings closes the gap more then I would like. I don't think you will have any trouble extending it, even if you have to shift the rudder back towards the centre by extending the front forward.
xONEWINGx okay I did not know that about the difference in levels... I have seen your sniper tower video but never built one. Thanks for the answer... your boat builds helped me go from beach Bob to alpha on legacy I'm going to play around with it in single player see what I can do .. great stuff as always... legend

hey onewing, i was coming back to this design and wanted to modify it. is there any way i can use sloped ceilings and walls to be hanging from the top ceiling? i tried several ways. eg. the sl.ceiling didnt wanna snap the right way down from the middle ceiling to the side. also it wasnt possible to snap sloped walls onto the already placed hanging walls as a foundation for the sl.ceiling. the aim was to streamline this design in stone (non-threatening), as im playing on a very aggressive off. server atm. i managed to integrate the sniper-slits within the base row, so the total height is only 2 max. using slopes on top would be even better and also save a few pieces. any advice greatly appreciated. keep up the good work!
I know you can do it because I tried it, the problem is that the sloped ceilings overhang too far closing the gap. I forget how I did it but try extending the ceiling out, two walls down them ceiling back so you can place the sloped walls down on that. Yes sloped walls don't hang properly you need the straight ceiling first.

Ly N no it takes a couple shots even on a wooden raft so if you have defenses or are close to shore you're fine. But everybody's afraid of the water especially now so it's a great place to hide
@Ly N no the leeds was nerfed and does alot less damage to the motor boat too... plus the plant x will slow it down so it can't get close enough to attack
etucker5007 Find beaver dams, each beaver dam has 200 or 300 cementing paste and a few rare mushrooms and alot of wood. Keep in mind the raging hell beavers.
You could cheese the beavers just by dropping a bed nearby and letting them tear you apart after looting each of the dams. After respawning, the beavers don’t care if you loot your own corpse for the stuff you dropped. My friend and I do this on a private server, minus the bed. Without being able to modify tether distance, I naturally respawn on my friend since he is the host.
xONEWINGx im at the first step of saving the foundation spot, but I can't snap the foundations in front of the one that's one the boat itself. Super frustrating and I cant even go forward yet and I've been trying for 2 hours.
Where are you trying to build it? Water needs to be deeper then when you build over the raft itself. You must use thatch ceilings. Are you on official or custom servers?
xONEWINGx I'm on a non dedicated custom server. I'm out in deep waters using the thatch foundation to build but it just won't snap. Is it supposed to be thatch ceiling/roof?
