Hey man, for your trailer add a couple of decent shocks to the front that will raise it up when you remove the locking pins. Then when you drive the car on the weight of it will level the trailer out. We have this set up on our plant trailers.

For the trailer use a scissor jack with a drill attached to raise and lower it, just weld a mount and some guides

could whack up a cradle for a trolly jack to lift up the front of the tilt trailer , a removable one would be cool could use the jack at the track as well
