Another enjoyable vlog. I'm pretty sure I went to the first hotel on Soi 13 with the one and only time I took a girl from the coconut bar. Actually she was on the other side on the road, so I'm not sure if she would be considered a coconut bar girl or not. You're right, now I'm remembering it 200Baht, didn't have any windows, also the height of the room was only about 6 feet tall because being on the bed you could touch the ceiling! A short time hotel for a tourist would also make sure the girl never knew where you were staying long-term. It is a form of out-the-box protection if you want to see the girl more than a few times too.

Another possible reason for a tourist to use short time hotel is you've decided to treat yourself and stay in a high end hotel like the Hilton hotel (or other non-guest friendly hotel) and use short term hotels only for boom-boom.

Hey Daz, another informative blog. Your the first person I go to for info. I've watched (still am, love comparing the town to 2 years ago on your vids) most of your blogs and have only watched one that explains massages... whether massage only or HF. Could you do one of a few different ones and explain which is which (you don't have to try)!! Also prices and how/who you pay and how /who picks the girl/boy ( sorry going overboard there). just the general rules. This feels better then a pickup in a bar (gentleman's club) somedays?. Also.... is it better to drive a car around town and short trips or bike (love watching you scooter around) and road laws that we need to know. Aw damn Daz call them what they are "Boom Boom Rooms" hell I stayed in one my first night but had no idea when I booked it online.I did get a better place to stay the next day.All of 4 days later I rented a condo in Phratumnak but I am here for long term. I can understand this option if you pull a gal from a bar or a gogo bar and dont want your place compromised.Have your fun and leave any drama behind. Good video and thank you for it.I will stick to the gents clubs.If I manage to get a Thai GF I wont be going to the bars.

And 2 more reasons to use short time hotels., 1, if your partner dosen't have any I.D. card, I know The Full Love Inn never ask for your name or identity when you check-in, and 2, if you want to take a Ladyboy or Gay man and don't want your friends or hotel staff to know to save you embarrassment! Great video, thank you. Please consider doing another video on short time rooms but with a focus on rooms near beach rd? The distance from Walking St. to Soi 6 is 2km and you can find freelancers all along that route.

Pro tip -spend a bit and find a place with a jaccuzi / or Big bathtub - gives different opportunity for different positions leading to great fun It's very relaxing also and appreciated (The Rich Home 24hour on s Pattaya has big bath tubs 😁)

I knew guys who rented two rooms in two different hotels full time. They were "prolific" partyers and would sometimes have a couple girls per night.

hi thanks for your videos, they are helpful and very well presented. a few weeks ago you showed a few very nice condos that were available for long term lease at about $700 AUD per month. I am retired and I was thinking of visiting Thailand for 2 or 3 months each year. I was planning to stay in a hotel but it would be cheaper to lease the condo and come and go as I wish. it could also be used by my sister and nephews. I know you don't have a crystal ball but do you think I could find similar condos for lease if I came to Pattaya in early August? kind regards Rick

An excellent video on this topic. Cheap for ST as long as privacy is guaranteed and toilet along with shower with towels / soap are there. Ladies may not be everyone's cup of tea. The question is the L. Bs. Or for those on the other side known as Boys Town, are there any problems ??

That vip all night price on the East Side looks great. I guess as long as you turn up with a girl every night you could use it as a long term hotel. You said its 5 star. A 5 star hotel would be up in the thousands a night. And that was 760 a night. I'm always thinking the cheap Charlie way

At these short time hotels. Do you pay up front or at check out? If you pay upfront what happens if you run overtime? The 1hr time at PS Guest House seams a little tight. It would be a huge turn off to have someone banging away on the door while you are banging away in the room. lol

one reason as well for these ST hotels is simply that the sexpat doesn't want to feel embarrassed by having the girl check in at the front desk, and you don't want the 'walk of shame' or to have people knowing your business. Also--if they're married men, it's just one more layer of plausible deniability. So I'm told, anyway.

Short time hotels are huge in Mexico and Latin america with garages you pull into etc. Seems like this is totally missing in western culture.

Daz why don't u take a girl to one of the rooms and do your video to show us the rooms. Another reason could be u like one if the hotel staff and they are down for it however they are not allowed to do that at where they work

I have to disagree about the 1st short time hotel in soi 13/1 as i went once and would never go back. There is a reason it's only 200 bt. The room was extremely old with bad lighting and a damp musky smell, the bathroom was shocking with broken tiles the bedroom hadn't seen a coat of paint in ages meaning the walls were dirty and the most discusting was the creaking bed with the stained bedsheet with holes and the shitty small towels. Just thinking about it makes me sick. Full love better, viva even better as you said never went to the last one. The main reason to use them for a lot of expats are mainly for safety so they can't knock off any of your money or other valubes you may have in your room, and the other reason is sometimes these girls won't keep to the agreement and some are vindictive and could come back for trouble. Also never pay the money up front, i did once against my better judgement because she said some customers don't pay her, It didn't seem right and I thought about it for about a minute she reassured me that after i pay her she would be ok what a mistake All of a sudden she had a headache had a sore pssy you name it. She refused to give my money back i tried to take her handbag to get my money but she started screaming so i told her to f off. Had it been in a short time room i would have taken her bag which even then would have been a stupid move as it's better to accept that these things happen and move on, but sometimes in the heat of the moment we don't always think right. One other important thing never leave an open can of drink a beer or even water when you leave the room to go to the bathroom, as a friend of mine was drugged once where the girl took 15k baht from his room but at least she left him 1k baht and this happened in bk in a hotel he stayed regularly.The front desk even called him as they usually do but he was so spaced out he told reception that everything was ok. Having said that I thought it would never happen to me but it did because i left my beer unattended to take a shower but lucky for me i only ever take just enough money for the evening.

Interesting comment about men who get a bit on the side by using ST rooms, whilst hiding their deeds from their wife's and girlfriends.
