Hi John, you can buy a condo in your name, buying a house or villa requires a Thai company name which is relatively easy to do but for a condo, you can buy in your name and very easy. Hi Jason, this first villa is perfect. Even though I don't want to use stairs, I could make an exception for this place. If this same villa was a single level 2 bedder, I might think about biting the bullet and getting married so I could buy it. Okay we can laugh now, that is not going to happen hahaa. The second location is not appealing to me. I'm not into those high ceilings and that AC unit looked al little small for that size of an open space. There is not enough walking space around that pool either, that's an accident waiting to happen. Hopefully there are more and more good deals on renting Villas. I would prefer one for myself instead of a condo. Great to see Manu again. Keep bringing the content mate!

The renovated house is a good price, but the interior is way too tacky for me. Also, I'm getting tired of all these bathrooms using the same fake marble tiles, they are everywhere! It was nice when the trend started, but now they are all over the place. The builder house is nicer (to my taste), but again I find it too busy or flamboyant, and too tiny inside. But it's worth the visit and that's why I enjoy those viewings with you guys; it gives us an idea of prices and of what's in the market. Thank you!

When ever you are with Manoo the places you look at are too expensive. When you are by yourself or with that lady you look at places that are way better and a good price. Manoo jacks up the prices get rid of him!!!
