Cooper this Hotel is Beautiful especially the 2 bedroom unit. As much as this hotel/ Condo is nice. To me I would rather rent a Condo.

I would buy and rent it out for passive income Mario. Especially for those too young to claim a pension. It’s a great return until your pension comes in and could even help those that want to retire early 👍👍

This seems to be the newest version of a time share. Note that they didn't mention the monthly/yearly "fees" involved which will surely eat into the "guaranteed" return.

It’s not 48% return on yield. It’s actually 59.38%. 1.06^8=59.38 because it’s cumulative.

Only for the first 8 years. Then you can choose to renew it for 12% return or live in it yourself full time 👍👍

What is the guarantee if this Hotel goes bankrupt and deserted ? You’re left with a room .

They can offer you a 6% rental guarantee for 8 years only because they are charging you over a million or more baht over what they are actually worth.
