@@tf628 Because it is very very noisy starting late morning through 2-3am or so. Also the potholes are dangerous after a big rain LOL. Easy to sprain or break an ankle if you make a wrong step!

Yes, but I don’t think it would make much of a difference Robert when it comes to the nightlife noise. There’s two bars either side of this hotel alone

That’s smart booking somewhere for the first five days, that gives you time to look for an apartment to rent on a monthly basis. To be honest Pal, there’s far better places in Soi Buakhao to rent than the KJS Hotel. First check out the Marina House on Soi 21 for 7,800 a month, then the Bright House Apartment on Soi 11 for 9,000 a month. Yes, more or less. If they have a room available that day most will let you move in straight away

why so bad ? I booked 5 days there in july should I look for something else ?
