You have an inborn quality of explaining things , you make it simple and easily understood, may Allah gives you more opportunity to affect people as they need it in this very busy and active world of today. Stay blessed Sir.
I think if Allah loves someone, Maybe He never gives him lots of Money. But, He gives a good teacher and thankful heart. So, we are thankful to you sir. Allah blesses you always. Aameen. JazakAllah
Thanks for highlighting these issues, Doc! Unfortunately, mental health problems are seen as "rich" people's problems in this part of the world, so a lot of us fail to identify the destructive patterns in our life. Too often we're told to be strong and keep pushing forward, but struggling and asking for help doesn't mean weakness. We try to find moments of joy, but sometimes those things aren't enough and you need professional help. Instead of feeling weak, disappointed, and fighting life's difficulties at a disadvantage, I'd recommend counselling to anyone, even if you don't think of yourself as someone who needs it.
Dr sahib I would like to admit here that if it is not possible to be a doctor after crossing certain age limits but one can think like a doctor after listening your golden words which you express from the core of your heart. Love from Indian occupied Kashmir Allah aapke marhoom Walid e mohtram Ko Karwat Karwat Jannat ul firdous Naseeb kare. Ameen

My father-in-law suffered from bipolar disorder for nearly 37 years. He passed away in 2018. Now, my mother-in-law suffers from schizophrenia. It was diagnosed a few months after my father-in-law's death. Both the conditions are hard to handle. Specially during this pandemic. Thanks a lot Dr saab for taking up this issue today. Kindly enlighten us more about schizophrenia and how to deal with it. Regards to you from India 🇮🇳 🇮🇳🇮🇳

Salam Sir I am self-studying DSM-5 these Days. I m psychology student n recently have done my BS. The Way you explain is too easy to catch I request you to make more videos regarding mental illnesses n their different preventive measures.
One thing I want to correct is that psychiatrist prescribe medicines while trained psychologist provide psychotherapy that's talk therapy .as sir you experienced and said that medicine didn't make you better but after taking session with professional person you felt better .
ASA. Nice talking Dr saheb. Thank you. You could have added the role of psychologist in miror psychiatric issues. The role of clinical psychologists is still not well absorbed in our society. I would appreciate it if you would talk about the role of psychiatrist and clinical psychologist or mental health counsellor. JazakAllah khair

Sir please make a video on Autism in kids. How to overcome this? And what could be the causes of it. I want your perspective different than mainstream content on internet.
Sir, you have presented two main categories of highly sick people: Mood disorders and thought disorders. But I think most sick people also have mix symptoms. For example a person with schizophrenia also show great symptoms of mood disorders from time to time.
I'm facing symptoms of both anxiety and depression.... So please tell me what should I do Loss of appetite Lack of sleep at night Isolation Crying over everything
