the only way i could find to beat the second form is gulp missle since it is not affected by neutralizing gas since it affects form chang. this can paralyze it, and then you can beat this with para hax nevermimnd thought this was talking about franks creation

I mean. Just give a pokemon the max stats possible. (Which is 255 in each stat, totaling to a bst of 1530) give it d-dance cus that move is just stupid busted. Give it intimidate, best ability in the game. And give it some strong physical moves to go along with ddance. Make it pure electric holding an air baloon or something.

A few things that this kind of pure damage strat loses to 6 Pyukumukus (over 300 damage each due to Innards Out) 6 Choice Scarf + Imposter Dittos (Good luck beating 6 of your own Pokémon) Making an unbeatable Pokémon is not so simple as you have to account for every possible scenario and how to couter them, while your opponent only has to find 1 (possibly insanely niche) strategy you didn't think of, SV made accounting for these tactics much harder due to the new items and Terastallization

7:15 Blissey ain't my favourate, but out of all final evolutions of 2-stage evolution lines, it is my favourate (yes, I like it more than Gyarados). Also, why tf didn't Blissey get a Mega Evolution? You gave Medicham and Houndoom (both of them WAY worse than Blissey) Mega Evolutions but not Blissey!?
