Vince Gill could harmonize with a jack hammer and you'd swear it was angels. He matches everyone's voice so well. And Patty is pure gold every time she opens her mouth. This is as close to perfect as it gets.
These were the "BLUES" in country music. If this music doesn't tempt you to have a couple shots of the finest bourbon, "then you might just hate country music", or else just without feeling & your dead ! Just my opinion.
This is what country music is suppose to be and not that stuff that's pushed on the public today. Distinctive songs, distinctive singers who all have a unique style and sound. Today most things all sound the same and I can't understand most of what is said. I like what I grew up with.... Bring it back before it disappears forever. You just can't find better.

They're two of my all time favorites. I heard Patty sing in a horribly recorded performance at the memorial for George Jones; she sounded as great as ever. They used to together frequently but, I haven't seen them together for years now.

cant belive thats the young lady i used to party with in kings mnt. n.c. at don conners a night clug when she was married to her first husband terry lovelace. he played drums and my ex boyfriend helped teach him . god i sure do miss the good ole days

WOW, what the Heck ....This woman can sing !! What a steady voice. And always this so caracteristic amazing slow pianoplaying.... It fits so specific to Vince wonderful voice himselve.
This came from the George Jones show. I taped it and it was really a great show. Course that George Jones show was good. It was like the Ricky Skaggs show. I wish I could find these shows on DVD!
