Paul Dempsey is the lead singer, guitarist and principal songwriter of Australian rock group Something for Kate. Paul was a founding member of the band, and in August 2009 is to release his first solo album whilst continuing his work with Something for Kate. A multi-instrumentalist, Paul has also produced and co-written records for other artists.

With you on that. Something for Kate is a good band, too. So talented - great guitar feel for a guy who started as a drummer, and that voice that always sounds like it’s gonna be flat but instead is on pitch, it’s a great and quite unusual combination.

He fucked up the lyrics. It was supposed to be "you won't have to think twice". He said "she'll roll you like you were dice", which is from the second chorus.
