I listened to Paul Harvey as a young boy and throughout my teenage years. His news brodcasts and stories aired 4 times a day on the local radio station. It seemed that he always tried to impart wisdom to his listeners who in those days were not so enticed by drama and put downs. His broadcasts always ended with the words "now you know the rest of the story" which suggested it was important and to thoroughly search out a matter to understand it. Sadly, today many "news" media outlets regulate the flow of ideas and refuse to tell Americans "the rest of the story."

not to shit on your praise because that would be rude but in terms of new media. It insanely easy to get details and fact check them yourself. Ofc we watch the news in hopes that things are fact checked but sometimes it tends to be not so accurate. And I think this is the fault of both us and the news. We literally eat it up, pay those same people to give us more of what we want to hear already, and don't even care to check if they are right almost all the time. As to the news outlet, it really depends where your getting it from, some are great and some are bad just kinda now depends how you lean politically for the big channels which is abit silly but the outlets know that and conform to whatever audiences pulls them the most money. You don't need 1 million people watching your news, just need 100,000 devoted watchers who pay crazy money to support the outlet and shit your set.

May God Bless you. What the global psychopaths are doing to you Farmers all over the world is pure evil and criminal. Thank you. Please God, Father. Fight for these Farmers and their families, the land and beast that You have granted them. They work too hard, day and night to feed the world to fight for themselves. May Your Almighty Hands hold theirs; sore, callused and blistered and release them from the evil bondage of those in our world that are aiming to destroy them and, in turn, starve Your Children. You have promised to never leave us nor forsake us and we are granted the rights of sustainability just by being Your Children. You have promised we shall never go hungry. You have promised to carry those that are weary from work and to lift them up and give them strength. And although we could probably survive with their agenda for us to "eat bugs", You have created our world, full of beast and ripe with plants, to give us sustenance. Bugs, My Lord Father, will not be the Best for Your Children. What man plans for evil, You use for good. I cannot wait to see the good that comes out of their evil here, Father. We love you and know, full-hearted, that You love us. Please protect Your Farmers. Give them Strength and Peace and give them the Wisdom of knowing that You, Father, will fight this battle for them. In Your Son's Name, Jesus, I pray. Amen. And Amen.

It astonishes me that NOT ONE person has recognized Gov. Ron DeSantis’s campaign commercial “God Made A Fighter” as being nearly word for word of Paul Harvey’s “So God Made A Farmer”, right down to the timber of the narrator’s voice. Just a rip off of the much finer work posted here.

For a political campaign to use the structure of this monologue not to speak in support of farmers, but to paint their candidate as "The Chosen One," is disgraceful, especially if artificial intelligence was used to mimic the voice of Mr. Harvey in ways he would not have intended.

To you it is a horrible job but to farmers it's the love of the land, and the pride of a job well done. It's a hard life that isn't meant for everyone, otherwise we'd all be doing it. Just be thankful for a farmer, for you would not have the food on the table. And thank the truckers that make a life of long hauls, so that the food the famers grow can be brought to the producers of the food you eat. Be thankful.
