I mean, yea, Paul E Dangerously is a master of manipulation & word craft who can mix it up at the highest levels of debate & discussion but intellectually and socially dominating Sam freakin' Roberts is not really a praiseworthy accomplishment. Sam is the epitome of a lot of things - spoiled , selfish , self centered, dishonest, cowardly and many more things but he is especially unintelligent and mentally/socially weak.
And now not only is he still the advocate for BBBRRRROOOOCCCKKK LLLLLLEEEESSSSSNNNAAAARRRR, but also Creative Director for RAW, this man is the epitome of winning!!!
Every time a mic gets touched by Paul it turns to gold Legend has it that the first mic he grab and spoke into actually turned to Gold and that the battery still hasn’t ran out it’s still waiting for Paul to speak in it again.
If pro wrestlers like Bret Hart and Rocky-the rock had worked for Paul Heyman and EXTREME championship wrestling like Austin imagine how much better 1996-1999 would have been ?
OVW and NXT is where Heyman teamed up with Brock, Punk and Cesaro, so when he says he'll look to NXT he means it. He wants to find his "Heyman-guy" before they debut on the main rosters.
When Sam Roberts is not exploiting and making fun of old wrestlers that try to make it through life like everybody else like Virgil, he interviews people.
Paul Heyman: * trying to offer insightful wrestling thoughts * Sam: “Hey! Have you paid attention to me lately? I’m funny, right? You know I’m still here, right? Love me!!”
*YOWZA!!* This is turning from a normal panel to the *Paul Heyman Comedy Show* And I would hopefully pay tickets to see that and just laugh my ass off. And hopefully I would have an opportunity one day to have a long chat with Paul Heyman. You sir, have earned my respect.
Love Paul, he's a creative mastermind. That said, he put Graves over strong here. Calling Corey Graves the best color commentator in the game is almost laughable when you have guys like Barnett and Vampiro calling matches.
It is a matter of preference, thus the facetiousness was unwarranted, however I will posit a couple of points for you to dwell on. Barnett's extensive background as a Pro Fighter offers him an unparalleled set of knowledge when it comes to moves, holds, locks, and submission which is especially important in the style that the guys in NJPW wrestle. I understand he has an advantage because his calling is on pre recorded matches, nonetheless he is still far ahead any one you can position in the number slot. And with Vampiro, I think his energy is infectious and simply put FUN. I can see how opinions can differ on that one. I think Graves I good and growing, but he is still searching for himself on the mic. So if you were truly interested, there are my thoughts on the matter.
I just posted on another video and I’ll say it again: Paul heyman is just as charismatic in a shoot interview as he is on Raw....this guy could get a bag of dog shit over...goddamn.
its sad cuz nobody brings up the time when cory graves debuted in wwe in 2014/15 as a wrestler in nxt but if he would've never gotten injured we probably would never got to hear him as a commentator as we do today
sam roberts in a weird way looks kind of like shawn michaels at an angle. pause at 11:00 and imagine him bald or with straight long hair. he just had a bigger forehead.
For a second I thought Brock was coming onto the show you had Lesnars theme on and so i thought Brock was coming onto the show to wreck havoc I am sorry you had Brock’s theme on so I thought he was coming onto the show instead of Heymen that would have been hilarious imagine Lesnar is the one who comes onto the show just to destroy the set
+Frank Contreras shut the fuck up. Lol who's greater? Okay okay, he's definitely up there but for my time 1997-present in watching, no one comes too close
+Frank Contreras lmao I did say 1997-present. But I didn't have him in mind during my assessment mostly cause I wasn't watching in the 80's as I wasn't even born lol I don't dispute your choice cause that would be crazy!
+theintellectualz11 Jim Cornette, Paul Bearer, Bobby Heenan, Freddy Blassie, Mr. Fuji, the list goes on. I love Paul, but I much rather him as the owner of ECW than a manager. Even as a General Manager he was better than his current stint in WWE.
LOL Paul E. putting Graves and Rogan on the same sentence is absurd, especially when he said one day Rogan would be called the Corey Graves of the UFC😂
that's funny and to see what has happened in 2 years and how there gonna maybe try to throw him on top again after "beating" cancer .. wwe is such a fucking joke anymore
