Sadly when I was 17 i had a way older boyfriend and was pregnant with our second child. He beat me so bad I lost our son that night in the hospital, a still born. He was perfect, every finger and toe present it was my tiny baby dead. Yet, he only got charged with assaulting me, they said I wasn't far along enough for it to be a baby, they said it was a fetus still. WTF, it was a baby! He beat a murder charge because of a 10 day difference in age of the fetus. If he'd waited 10 days and it had happened he'd be in jail now. Plus I still paid to have the baby laid to rest in a cemetery.

The law says, if someone murdered someone, and they are 2 witnesses, then the family of the murdered baby would stone the man to death. It's a fascinating concept, there is an equivalence between killing an abortion doctor and killing a person about to murder another person if you accept his premise which is an unborn baby is a human in the legal sense, which it isn't vis a vis a doctor performing an abortion. We can't ask a fetus if it wants to be born, and it would have no understanding of the complexity of life or its own particular situation. ARKANSAS Trey I appreciate your response. However, I don't have to "go" anywhere to find an abused child to ask; the second of my examples was my own experience. I have actually talked to at least one, and read about many more women whose ~5yo child specifically said they did not want to be alive, more than a random, fleeting comment. The woman I knew- a very good mother, btw- had to watch her kindergartener constantly in case he figured out what suicide was. My point is that I'm not *making* anything too complicated, I'm trying to show that the subject of choice vs forced birth is already deeply complex, and that this is why we cannot have a one-size-fits-all policy. And why not one of us has the right or human authority to make personal values or judgments (on this complex human experience) anyone's problem but our own. You cannot, try as you might, compare the thought process of a pre-16-week fetus with a little school child. And only the mother can weigh the risks to her already-born children (again, I'm not just tossing out hypotheticals here), or whether her own life is worth risking. If we remove choice, before long, the powerful will be able to decide which pregnancies won't be *allowed* to progress. This is why I fight so hard for a woman's right to choose- I personally think a mother of 3 who continues a pregnancy after a cancer diagnosis, then dies, is foolish and selfish, but I would fight mightily for her right to make that decision. I'm not saying, ever, that you can't have an opinion, or even a judgment, but I am saying that this experience is too complex, deeply rooted in the very consciousness that makes us human, deeply personal, and unique for every single pregnancy, for any one person's (or one person's deity's) opinion to determine policy.

Crazy or not ,He does make alot of good points . They said that the ladies clinic preformed about 25 to 30 abortions every friday , so when paul shot the doctor that morning there were obviously all those missed appointments. Wouldnt it be interisting to find out if any human is now living today ,that should have been aborted that day , and ask them their opinion on abortion ?

i had an abortion as a teenager, i’m an adult now. the circumstances were not ideal or even just ok when i found out about the pregnancy. i was scared and i was alone. i made the logical choice and the best choice (i believe) if i could remove all emotion from it. i had the procedure done and went on with my life. however.. it is the single biggest mistake i’ve ever made in my life. i killed my child knowing full well what i was doing. i think about it every day even years later. it has impacted my life so completely and unexpectedly. i couldn’t be with someone physically for over a year afterwards because of the fear of the potential for it to happen again. i killed my gift from god. my kid would be as old as i was when it happened but it’s dead. i could never tell anyone what they should do. i can only say what i went through making the decision i did. i was selfish
What’s upsetting is that women are convinced by the media, their friends, and often family members that abortions are their best options. They don’t tell women about the aftermath. I believe his intentions were good, trying to save unborn babies but I don’t agree with the means he did it. Killing is not going to solve anything. Instead he should have educated people about what the babies look like and how barbaric the abortion procedure is. Research is showing that babies do feel pain in the womb.

I've seen a few comment of people bashing the women who murder their babies. The reality is: 1. Some women don't know the speed of development of the baby. 2. Some women have been raised to think abortion is 'just what you do' when you get pregnant. 3. There’s very little logic in doing something so stupid that your family you leave behind will have to suffer your lose. Do you know how long it’s going to be before his kids fully grasp why a seemingly healthy father is living and breathing one day, but then put down by the state the next day? Extremely interesting video. This man is totally sincere with the reasons surrounding his actions. Although I disagree with killing another person, he makes compelling arguments as to why he chose to do so. What would the people he saved say to him at this moment.
What was his case actually? I am into these videos from America now a days. Justice system is far better than many countries but punishments are so imbalanced. For the same crime in Texas and California you get 180 degrees different punishments. Also black get life term for burglary. A mother killer white gal gets 15 years and her boy friend life term without parole. Young kids executed. No difference between adult and child and especially if you are black kid then God May save you but not state. I am really confused. Jails are not even able to secure right chemicals for death injection. So many inmates suffered during their execution as it went horribly wrong. Can't imagine happening like this in a developed country.
@@Disciple4life that doesnt even make sense, the whole ideal of abortion isn't about killing freakin babies its about saving the life of the woman. It's also not killing babies because its not even a baby yet nor is it alive. So really its like trying to save your favorite plastic kids toy from being crushed. In reality your the one thats actually a murderer because your not in favor of having life medical technology that saves a human life and want children to be potentially brought up in a life that which they didnt choose to be in. Has anyone here seen The Life Of David Gayle? It’s a pretty sobering film which shows how we humans have an overwhelming need to punish someone for a crime.
@@tr3cardo Of course I know that. But our society as a whole has been locking people up in maximum security prisons for non-violent offenses for many years. When I watch videos like this one I can’t help but wonder how we as a free nation came to incarcerate more than ANY other country? Again, why do we imprison people for non-violent offenses with the violent offenders? That counter intuitive legality just makes them all violent by the time they’re released. No damn wonder our recidivism rate is astonishingly high. And ever since it became legal for wealthy citizens to build their own prisons and make a killing from our government by incarcerating people, it’s gotten even worse. Ultimately we cannot keep locking the non-violent up with the violent and we cannot keep allowing rich pricks buy their way out of trouble. It’s ludicrous behavior from the same damn leaders who tell us how to think. Assuming it continues...we will reach a tipping point somewhere along the line for certain...and it’s not going to be pretty. What’s the old adage? “The definition of Insanity is continually making the same mistake while expecting different results.”
