I’m actually being trained by Mr.Kennedy to be a professional wrestler and I think he is one of the coolest people I’ve met. But I guess back in the day with him being new and all he made some mistakes some I think he’s learned from nowadays. Love your content too Rene💪🏾🔥🤙🏾
@@Laid2Sleepyep. I hated him as a kid but went to one of his tna shows and I was like damn wwe dropped the ball with this guy. People were booing him but once he grabbed the mic they all were quiet listening. And not to mention his iconic intro MISSSSSSTARRRRRR KENN... ANDERRRSONNNNN people would be loud as ever copying him when he said it. He’s someone that had everything and was so over despite being a bad guy and because of politicking backstage he was let go of 🤦🏾♂️
@@vampirascoffin870 It wasn't really because he was supposed to get a massive push to get the title since he was originally supposed to be the kayfabe biological "bastard" son of Vince instead of Hornswoggle. It was Kennedy's own fault for having a pill and alcohol addiction which led to the rest of his downfall.
Yeah i liked him but he was too sloppy to be a Main Eventer. If you want that Vince and the Main Eventers trust you then you shouldn‘t injure them or get injured yourself and that happend too many times.
Two things I'll never forget about Kennedy (1) His insistence on kicking his legs while being suplexed. (2) Going on Fox News and declaring he'd never done steroids, only for his name to immediately come out on the Signature Pharmacy list.
Kennedy had the look and the presence in the ring to make it big, his biggest issue seemed to be he was too stiff and a lone wolf to the other guys in the locker room.
He’s down to earth and nice but I think he just calls peoples bullshit. I’m sure if you’re someone who minded your own business he’d be super easy to get along with but he’s also telling the stories for how they happened and to go back to remember those old stories you also have to put yourself into that old mindset
Its because he werent 'one of the boys' he didnt drink, do drugs or get around with any 'female fans' he was a boring guy who went back to his hotel room after getting beaten everynight by the bigger, better looking, higher paid wrestler....id be bitter too if I was in his position

He made for a unique heel character with main event potential, though I never personally saw him rising past the Chris Jericho tier. It would have been interesting if he had become a ring announcer, he had a good voice for it.
Mr. Anderson/Kennedy was phenomenal on the mic. One of the all time greats. His entrance with the old style mic dropping down from the rafters and the way he would introduce himself was pure gold! He had issues - he even got fired by Billy Corgan and the NWA as they were coming back a few years ago. That bummed me out, because he was so good in TNA/Impact. His work with Sting was classic. I guess he's just one of those guys where you've got to say, "He was great, and had the potential to be a big star, but factors backstage impaired his career."
Fans like to question Hardcore Holly's legit tough guy rep but for what it's worth Kurt Angle (Olympic Gold Medalist) And Rodney Mack (Fought in MMA) Both said he was a legit tough guy.
I came for the shoot story, I stayed for MABLE!!!! FWIW I've gone through Mable Toys and have yet to be disappointed. He's fair, responsive and in an industry full of grifters, authentic in what he's offering and reasonable in his prices.
I used to know Ken pretty well. I’ll just say don’t be so sure Bob Holly could take him. I have seen Ken pound people to a bloody pulp. I never saw Holly in a real fight
Bob Holly was the real deal. He didn't have to boast about what he could do; nor did he. Bob Holly in his prime would've enacted a blood bath on ‘Baby Brock Lesnar.’ From what I recall, there was a story going ‘round that they almost did come to blows once-when Brock had started at WWE. Unlike Bob; ‘Baby Brock’ got to feeling himself and treating others in the locker room sh--ty. Holly called him on it, and did not back down just because that arsehole happened to be Brock Lesnar. If you review Brock's career? There are several characters/persons he refused to square up with; even as a WWE match...Bobby Lashley being one he refused time and time again, up until most recently. Brock knew who the “real deals” were, and avoided them like the plague throughout his career on both sides of the fence.
@@thefirstdark Whether Holly really would have destroyed Lesnar in a legit fight is debatable because Lesnar was tough in his own right. Lesnar was in UFC for awhile. Can't say the same for Holly but now both guys are older so we'll never know.
@@stevemelnyk7480Just because Lesnar was in the UFC doesn’t mean he’s unstoppable. It just means he’s been in the ufc that’s it. I’ve beaten men in street fights before who claimed to have been pro kickboxing champions etc. A fight isn’t determined by your credentials it’s determined by your willpower in the moment to succeed.
Because they're just trying to scrap nickels and pennies from controversy. Paul didn't draw a dime yet wants to be biased against Mr Kennedy who had Charisma and way more potential than he ever did.
I haven’t listened to enough clips to know if they’ve made light of bullying happening to some people. Wouldn’t surprise me if they have different opinions based on who things happen to that’s kinda just human nature if we’re honest about it. But using this as an example this is a lot different from true bullying. This is a good natured teasing somebody for doing something stupid and doesn’t actually hurt anybody outside of maybe their feelings if they’re thin skinned about it. Something like this is quite a bit different than something like what Holly did to Rene where he beat him up for instance. There’s a big gap between harmless teasing and true bullying that harms somebody’s career or causes them some form of physical harm.

Love holly, but we all saw how he fights in the brawl for all. He sucks, most of them suck at throwing hands tbh, theyre wrestlers lol For as aggressive as he is/was, youd think he could fight alot better.
In all fairness, Bob Holly was literally the only one who went the full distance with Bart Gunn, despite obviously losing to him. The rest of Bart Gunn's opponents got KTFO.
Let's face the honest facts. Rene is a great wrestler and deserved better. But London was in WWE much longer. Rene didn't have the respect of the locker room plus Rene was much younger. Paul is older. Well as y'all can see. And at the time and possibly still now. Ken Anderson would fuck Bob Holly up in a fight. I'm not sure what London means. I like London and Rene, however Rene was younger and got bullied screwed and beaten out of WWE by Bob Holly. And London was a different story. Both kinda got screwed. However London has smoked so much weed now he could be a meme. I respect both guys but their glory days are well over. Especially with this new fast paced wrestling. These guys are done. Rene wrestled for Hannibal doesn't he. And London should not be in the ring anymore. He's so fried he'll kill himself. 😂
Not really... I mean, Kennedy got into wrestling because of his admiration for Stone Cold, but the characters were nothing alike. Brash, intense ass kicker who always raises hell vs. Insufferably arrogant loud mouth who can back it up If you wanna talk about a Stone Cold ripoff, look no further than Jon Moxley. Beats everyone up, flips the double bird constantly, raises heck everywhere he goes. Pebble Chilly Jon Moxley.
@3:34 Paul London is so bitter. No one paid to go watch Paul wrestle. Yeah Mr Kennedy never wrestled great but neither did Paul London. Paul London wrestled like a little 8 year old on a trampoline. If I want in-ring ability I'll watch AJ Styles not Paul London.
@cafederene The funny thing is, there's actual nerd wrestling youtubers that draw more viewers than you guys and you guys were actually on TV at one point. None of you guys can draw a dime and should be thankful and grateful WWE ever hired you guys.
