@cameroncampbell5447
@cameroncampbell5447 2 года назад
@@Steven-bh2be It's tough because we don't know the whole story. Brodie said that someone did something really bad that affected Brodie and his wife that was really a shitty thing to do, and Paul was somehow involved. So it's tough to see if it was warranted since we don't know the full context. I have had falling outs with friends before and it's no big deal, but they are on a public stage which blows everything up.

@@cameroncampbell5447 not exactly involved. But that Paul had an opportunity to take a stance and chose to ignore it. And this was after the Foundation thing went down, so Brodie basically said, "Well, I guess that's that then."

Like the segment. Less preferred is the manner of questions, kind of long self-talk at times and then getting to a question when the self-exploration phase ends. If there is a preface, short and tight, then ask something and let the person give the answer, follow up if it seems right. I like the shows, no shade at all, just a touch flustered when the questioner (Trevor) is doing much of the talking.

Trevor, great interview! Very well done. If I may. In the future try not hold your notes up like a barrier in between you and your interviewee. Use them… but use them off to the side. Ask your question and then set the notes aside and listen intently to the answer. Then refer to your notes off to the side when it’s time to ask the next question. And set ‘em down again. @@christophermcgrath4632 not at all. Listen to the interview with Aaron. The uptick in wind and his nose down putting style had a bigger factor. It showed up right away on hole 1. Every year you think Paul is getting less dominant and less relevant and then you look up and he is adding to his major total and has earned more money than anyone else. Other than Rick the guy has more major wins 17 than any other active player has quality/elite series wins. One thing I do notice when looking at Paul's play in recent years - he has a tendency to take big numbers at times and often on the easier holes. I remember Memorial a few years back, Preserve last year, Portland this year, 18 Fox Run during Barsby's worlds and even that bogey at Country Club was only one of 5 in the final round. Then he pulls an amazing birdie out of the bag on 17 - he hit like a 2' x 2' window on that approach shot. Plus he is a great long distance/obstructed putter - usually always draws metal from almost any distance. I was at MVP a few years ago and he hit 120' jump put. Plus he can still shoot a course record anywhere like during the PDGA major. I hope worlds is never at these courses ever again - hyzerfest, one wooded hole, almost no variety. I like Tristan's game but look at his record outside of LVS. Maybe this is the performance he needs to turn his game around.
