I did this because I just broke up with my bf and I feel sad and terrible. While I was doing this I saw a door and a white light. I saw a memory of myself as a child. I kept saying "no" and I saw the word "abandonment" in my mind. I think this was trying to help me with that. I did it 3x and I feel better and better each time. Thank you! 👍🏼

So, this is wonderful! I have been working on changing memories one by one. Then, I realized that I feel as if I exist in a "torture chamber" in my mind. I kept replaying those old memories. Was there a door out? Yes!!! I walked out and left the bad memories and feelings behind. The change was instant. The inside of my mind feels like a much happier place to be.
Thank you so much for treating PTSD for many people and teaching us the technique. You have done and are doing great service to humanity, probably even more than saints and monks. I have used energy blockage clearing techniques by Christie and Jeff. But honestly, this is more scientific. You are actually removing memory imprints and replacing them with pleasant memories which helps clearing karma in a way that is stored in our cellular memory!! Can't thank you enough. Listen to Thomas hall subliminal rain drops to trauma and pain or for getting over abuse. You listen to it at night time while sleeping for 10 hours. Being successful helps to beat anyone as it puts you in control and independent.
This works like a charm! I have recently gotten out of a 2 years long relationship and it has been very hard but this here is probably the most powerful thing that I have done. The first time I did it was yesterday and I did all the steps 3 times (I finished all the video) but it didn’t do so much, it did a little but now today when I did this for the second time I only had to do this once with the sand, the lawn and the stairs and the feeling went from 10 to 2. I had a really debilitating traumatic memory. I've tried countless techniques, old and new, but Havening worked wonders, cutting down the intensity of the traumatic memory for more than 80% in one session. I am immensely grateful that you've shared this with us.

It worked, but I't's been only 2 minutes since I did it so I'll have to see how long it lasts, and will obviously do it every morning. This is insane. It's like one of those secret mind control techniques but for healing. I wonder if this is actually the practical real world version of spiritual cord cutting.

dear paul mckenna my experience with havening and overcome emotional eating trance has started 3 days ago. the first thing i realised that i started to seperate from my past bad memories. after the technique i tried to think about that moment and how tired or frustrated or angry i was. i do remember how that memory starts but the rest is a ... blank? i either dont remember how it ended or how powerful that feeling was. i am more confident than ever. i faced couple of bad news today. those kinds of bad news that the old me would probably die out of panic or cry untill i drained myself. but today it was different. i felt the slightest worry and it was so manageable. i do started to pick whats healty for me. when i look at a burger or an unhealthy meal i dont act like i would die if i dont eat it. i just let my body choose what to eat. and my body craves healthy food now more than ever. so thank you for everything.

Jutst one thing I would like to add: this technique is even more effective if you stroke your bare arms. The contact with your skin helps. It makes the Qi flow better.
Oh I love it. I just tried because I am trying to find a job in a senior position and have been going through the interview process since a year or so and wasn't successful with signing a contract. I did this and at the moment can't remember why I am doubting myself. It simply just hasn't been the right thing yet and that I will succeed whilst being open to the learning process. I feel somehow worry free
Interesting. I did this yesterday, then last night I dreamt about something that I hadn't really thought about as being 'uncomfortable.' I certainly felt a very real sense of panic and stress in my dream, but I also got a very clear message on waking up that as a child, I was put in many situations where I had to protect my mum or felt I needed to and I didn't or couldn't and that each time I failed, she would abandon us or threaten to. So I tried the havening technique again, this time with that specific thought in mind. Do I feel different? Yes, but I can't explain how I feel. May need to do a few more times. Thanks for this.

Well! the feelings got worse after the first time. the second time the little girl of me got absolutely furious and scared the hell out of the person who had initially caused the trauma .... The little girl wasn't passive any more. Well!!n third time the emotional grip seems bro have eased. Think it will need be few more goes to send the emotional trauma away. Am so surprised at my little girl rage after years of passiveness...m
It works better for me to catch myself feeling something, an old memory resurges etc. trying to think of something all the sudden on request is very difficult for me. This is a form of emdr which I’ve self administered before to totally forgive a past hurt of a family member. I was upset about a silly issue for decades from childhood and in one go of emdr, I was able to totally get over it! It was an issue that made me feel betrayed. In this method, it seems like there’s a lot more going on than “plain old emdr” so I find it very promising. While imagining taking steps, my eyes are also moving from left to right and back while I try to visualize walking. The arm rubbing feels grounding and I expect gives one a feeling of comfort, a bit like a hug or affection from another person. I’m definitely going to be keeping this in my toolbox! I noticed 1 day last year in the middle of a flashback that I had my eyes closed & was running the scene through my head. I simply opened my eyes & focused on something else in the room. It worked a treat because we can only focus on q thing at a time. Wim Hoffs breathing technique is an invaluable TRE too check it out! May I ask if the EDMR treatment in itself was traumatic? You can self administer EMDR by bringing up the hurt or pain then you do eye movements side to side for 30-60 seconds. You pause and ask yourself “what did I notice” (what thought words or image came to mind during the eye movement. Then you focus on that while doing the side to side eye movements. You continue this process until you reach a thought or image or words of peace come to you. It is amazing! What Paul Mckenna has done here is to combine EMDR with NLP for an explosive result in relieving trauma and/or anxiety. Genius absolutely genius!!! Thank you Paul McKenna!! Big big 💘 from the states

Just finished reading (listening to) his Book on Anxiety and this is one of the techniques, bloody hell I was sceptical but it works, not felt this good in years and only at day 3.
I love this technique but you have an advert which interrupts the flow of this at around thr 7 - 8 minute mark.. might be a good idea to switch adverts off for this one....
I have trouble keeping my visualisation constant… it’s like I miss a few footsteps and am scrambling to keep visualisation… I’m going to practice this more
So it's EFT with EMDR . This has been taught by James Golding of SCCP as EMDR plus with credit to it's originators for a long while. Is it true that you want to patient this? I think some credit should be given to Francine Shapiro's work with PTSD and the guy who gave Emotional Freedom Technique to the world for free.
Nope although Havening has similaritities to EFT and EMDR it is different and was invented by Dr Ronald Ruden. Not many Havening practitioners use the eye movement nowdays it seems, as it is not necessary for effective results.
@@OldSchoolVibes1978 Bilateral processing came with EMDR (Shapiro) and all of the subsequent cognitive research work on attentional processing and tracking/focusing (threat detection). EMDR uses eye movement and or/physical tapping. The key component being the bilateral processing that takes place as a result. It's a fascinating therapy and the research behind it is worth checking out too.

I find this almost magically powerful. I am in doubt if the traumatic incidents can be a whole mass of traumatising situations, for instance if a person has been violated almost daily by a psychopath in a relationship that had gone on for years. Answer?
I did this this morning for the first time and about 30 minutes later had a mini mental break down. I felt so so depressed and couldn't stop crying. I do have a lot of stuff going on atm but this kind of came out of no where? Is this Normal? I'm scared to try it again?!
Yes, the body is bringing up your 'stuff', to clear, release and discharge. The anxiety you feel is a normal byproduct of the experience. Know that this will not last, that you will move beyond it, and continue to use Havening yu will re-set your nervous system. Don't give up! X
This is a brilliant technique. Stop being so cowardly and just get over it. No one gonna warn you about basic stuff. Just get over the cowardly traits and just continue doing it. Place your trust in the process. Place your faith in the people of knowledge. Stop being those pathetic patients who keep asking the surgeon “is it gonna hurt?” It will…but in the long term it’s better for you. So swallow your pathetic weakness and get over it and do the work. End of.
Woah! I think it's perfectly normal and sensible to question negative side-effects - especially when doing something from a RU-vid video and not under proper medical supervision. Not all "experts" are selfless and noble either. One should always tread with caution until you are fully convinced - just look at what happened in Covid!
